“Clean, beautiful and peaceful. Thank you”

“Very clean room and great staff and a very nice breakfast. An enjoyable place to stay in Khon Kaen. Highly rated, I'd stay here again!”

“Absolutely five stars for Heritage Grand Hotel Khon Kaen. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and extremely well appointed. Everything feels clean, polished, and relaxing from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of delicious options and plenty of variety for every taste. “There is no hot water kettle in the room. There was no complimentary coffee packets in the room. There were no face towels. The min setting on hot water heater was too hot for the skin. Needs to be adjusted. The breakfast was good.”

“Lovely hotel: clean, friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast, and very good value for money. Only downside is that it is quite a long way from the city centre.”
