“Personale cortese, stanza ampia e ben attrezzata. Incominciano a vedersi i segni Dell'età con moquette lisae qualche piastrella rotta”

“This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! The shower drain was a...

“Ottima posizione, personale molto attento e disponibile. Pulizia e camere nuovissime molto moderne.”

“Wonderful stay. We tried both the premier room and the executive suite and we had a great experience. The suite is a large apartment, but also the premier room is very nice and has a beautiful bathroom/shower. In general, price/quality is superb, considering that the location is also very central. Of course, the view is not as nice as Pudong, but for such a quality the price there would double. Breakfast is also warmly recommended. I tried the spa service (wax), which is the only small thing...

“Confortable and a good position”

“Albergo in buona posizione Bund raggiungibile a piedi e vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. Non sono presenti in bagno i set di cortesia, forse possono essere richiesti alla reception. Colazione salata sufficiente, la dolce lascia a desiderare.”

“Great hotel, super clean, confy and staff extremely professional. ”

“Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this.”

“la nostra camera era molto spaziosa con una bellissima vista sulla citta (57 piano) dotata di tutti i confort. colazione a buffet varia e poteva soddisfare tutte le esigenze (prodotti gluten free) palestra e centro benessere voto 9 giusto per non dare il massimo. Da metter in rilievo gentilezza e diponibilità del personale.”

“The room was spotless, the team was efficient, calm and very professional. ”

“Unfortunately there was not the swimming pool even if it was one of the service that made the decision of this hotel. Expedia needs to update the information of this hotel. Moreover, the entrance and the lobby are very poor, with no space to let the luggage while waiting for the check-in or the day of the check-out. The room was wonderful, new, big and comfortable.”

“Hotel meraviglioso, con una cura straordinaria dei dettagli, camere enormi e silenziose, posizione super strategica, staff di livello elevato che parla perfettamente inglese ed è prodigo di suggerimenti. Rispetto al resto degli hotel cinesi è una perla rara.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Andaz and I was happy with all the services ( from the laundry to the gym ) I took advantage of”

“I've been there for a long stopover, the staff was very helpful. My room was simple but equipped with everything. The location was convenient for transportation and shopping centers. ”
