“A very good location for my business purposes. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Almost useless WIFI. I have to engage in Teams calls on the road. That doesn’t take too much bandwidth, but the WIFI could barely handle just about everything. I have to go back to Albany for business and may have to look for a different place, even though I’d rather not.”

“Right off the bet I’ll tell you the staff was great. Very helpful and very considerate and kind, but if you’re gonna call and ask if they have a stove in the room, make sure you find out whether it’s working or not as ours wasn’t. Ask him the last time they’ve cleaned any of the vents in the room and I do mean any/all. The fan in the bathroom didn’t even work because they hadn’t cleaned the vents in so long that it probably the dust killed the fan. Check to make sure you have dishes and...

“Extremely clean room. BUT that's the only thing good about my stay: COLD HARD FLOORS, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING A REDICULOUSLY STRANGE TV, NO COFFE SUPPLIES IN ROOM. ROOM WAS LIKE A JAIL CELL. NEVER-EVER AGAIN....”

“I reserved a room for two days at a very low price as a member. The hotel cancelled my stay and told me that I could not come back. I could only find a room for twice as much. then the original hotel never returned my money until I asked for it a month later. I never received an apology or anything.”

“We requested a non smoking room. It stuck of smoke and just horrible smell. It took quite a bit of spray before we could breathe. We left the window open for awhile also. The vanity in the bathroom wasn’t finished just raw wood that needed stained or painted. Some plug ins didn’t work. There was one wall plugin that the top plug was black. E won’t stay there again.”

“The Hotel was clean, well run, and I will be returning, for sure. It is directly across from the football stadium easy walk across the parking lot. I Ubered from Eugene airport to the hotel($75-85) and walked from there. No need for a car. Great location. Breakfast buffet was fine, but not great... lacked flavor, weak coffee, cold store bought pastries. A dressed up version of a less expensive hotel "free buffet" that was $14 per person. The yogurt and apple were best. The staff was excellent....
