“This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city.”

Leaking faucet and disgusting looking sink, with mottled caulking. I complained so We were transferred to another room. No hot water and the shower head was spraying mist instead of water. “The only area that needs improvement is more wait staff for the dining areas. It can be a bit of a wait to get your service without tracking someone down. May have to do with lack of direct tipping that I am used to in the US where performance and customer satisfaction have a monetary reward. Also ala carte doesn't seem to be the norm in the main restaurant, so be sure to request it on the way in. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel and a pleasant stay.”
