“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. “Whilst this place looks nice from the outset, the rooms clearly need updating. I was shocked by the exposed wires, dust and unclean room given at check in - room 107 I think it was on the ground floor next to the reception. I requested I cannot stay in this room which made me cough and sneeze and was thankfully shifted to the Yoga Hall block where the new modern rooms were.
