“We had a wonderful time. Cabin was cozy, location was perfect, price was appropriate. Cabin has three full bathrooms, so it is comfortable. We went in late December 2025 - early January 2026 during a cold wave. There was no snow unfortunately, but boy it was cold. However, the heating system worked fine. “My husband and I, our two small dogs stayed at Gunsmoke Cabin as a last minute booking. The cabin was perfect, meeting all of our needs. The cabin was stocked with all the extras in case you forget something - even floss piks! The king size bed was super comfy. Loved the decor. The fenced back yard was convenient for the pups. The owner was pleasant and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Close to several hiking trails. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We will stay here...

“The cabin was welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor area was fun even though it was too warm for the fire pit, we enjoyed sitting outside. And we did meet Stella, the neighbor dog. She was very sweet even if we didn't feed her... :) She showed us the path to the creek.”

“the road to approach is dirt/gravel so be aware. cute little cosy cabin. the outdoor fireplace is the best. everything was super clean and comfy. best stocked kitchen in a while. indoor gas fireplace did not work but host gave a small reimbursement so that was ok. linens were nice and everything was provided. not really a quiet place as there was a local barking dog and a bulldozer and a close neighbor, but, we enjoyed ourselves. ”
