Bird's Up Retreat-Gulf Front Home a Shell Point Beach

Questa bella casa costiera è l'oasi perfetta per famiglie, amici o grandi gruppi. Con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni che può ospitare 14 ma con spazio per ognuno di avere il proprio spazio. Si trova direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia pubblica di Shell Point con una splendida vista sul golfo. Se stai cercando un posto dove rilassarti, questa è la fuga che fa per te.
Questa casa è stata costruita nel 2019 per la nostra famiglia in crescita ma anche per altre famiglie per fare ricordi. Il piano principale ha una pianta aperta. Quando si entra dal portico coperto nella zona giorno scorre nella zona pranzo e cucina. La zona giorno ha una TV da 50 "e splendide viste sul golfo.
La camera da letto principale e il bagno si trovano al piano principale e la camera da letto ha un ingresso dalla veranda coperta con vista sul golfo e sul canale.
Al piano superiore troverete 4 camere da letto aggiuntive e 2 bagni. Una camera da letto ha un letto king size, 2 camere da letto hanno letti queen size e una camera a castello per i bambini con 2 letti singoli su cuccette piene. Tanto spazio per tutti e privacy per le coppie.
La posizione è difficile da battere. Siamo direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia con vista libera sul golfo. Sulla spiaggia troverete un campo da pallavolo, un parco giochi per bambini, diversi padiglioni e bagni per la vostra convenienza. Il retro della nostra casa è direttamente di fronte alla rampa della barca. Siete invitati a portare la vostra barca e c'è un ampio parcheggio per un rimorchio presso la nostra proprietà. C'è anche un carrello da golf per l'uso mentre siete lì.
C'è una veranda coperta nella parte anteriore e una zona coperta sul lato. Questo è il luogo perfetto per godersi l'alba con il caffè o i tramonti mozzafiato la sera. C'è un montacarichi per il trasporto di bagagli e generi alimentari e un'area in cemento sottostante per parcheggiare o intrattenere all'esterno.
Siete invitati a portare tutti i bambini, ma gli animali non sono ammessi. Questa è anche una casa per non fumatori e non è consentito fumare all'interno. Siamo sicuri che troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e altro in questo ritiro sulla spiaggia.

Great house in an amazing location!

We had a 3 generation vacation here over a long weekend. The house was immaculate and included everything we needed to be comfortable. There is ample common space inside, a great deck upstairs and lots of room under the house for gathering. The views were amazing and the beach is across the street. The owners were very prompt in all communications and have detailed instructions on anything related to the house, procedures, etc. as well as a great guidebook for area restaurants and attractions. We didn't use the golf cart, but it was a nice option to have. As "dad the pack mule" one of my favorite features was the lift to get all our stuff up and down. We brought our 24' bay boat and had no issues docking. The ramp is across the cove and one of the easiest setups we've experienced traveling with the boat. Plenty of room around the house to park the truck without unhooking the trailer and still have space for multiple other vehicles. We loved it and look forward to returning!

Shell Point Beach house

It was a spacious house with beautiful views of water. The kids love how close they were to the beach & playground. It worked great for my daughter's families & I because we come to the area to visit for a family reunion in Crawfordsville.

The Blue House on the beach!

The home was as advertised and more. It was well appointed, clean, and the layout is perfect for an extended family vacation. The property owners were a pleasure to communicate with and and responsive. It felt like home!

Great time had by all 9 of us!

My family (me, my wife, my two kids ((ages 12 + 15)), and my wife's brother and his family )(wife and 3 kids ages 3, 5, 7,) spent five nights at the house. There was plenty of room and then some for all! The beach is right across the street, and very easy to access. The younger kids really enjoyed playing on the beach and exploring in the water for hermit crabs and starfish and other sea creatures. The beach is very nice, and not too busy. It's not like the waters of the open Gulf or the Atlantic, but nice. The house is not only very spacious, but was clean and has everything you need. The back dock on the channel is an added bonus for putting in kayaks, or doing a little fishing. We kayaked both in the bay and in the channels, and caught a few fish. We even saw a few manatees in the channels. The hosts were very helpful and were quick to answer all the questions we had before, during, and after the stay. Highly recommend staying here. Especially families with kids.

The house is like brand new...The Kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you would need.. The View from the balconies is priceless. The beach is located directly across the street.Would definitely stay again.

Scalloping Trip

This was an excellent location for our trip, the home was spacious, and very clean. the golf cart was truly a plus,. we carried our boat and docked it right at the house. we will be staying here each time we visit family in the area

WOW! This house has it all including great hosts!

Let's start with water on all four sides! The beach is a short walk, there is a dock to park your boat with easy access to the ocean, and a ramp that is just a short drive/walk. Access to the golf cart in this community was a great amenity. The house itself was well furnished and appointed; the hosts really thought about what would be used in the house from dishes, to cookware to condiments! We have stayed as a family at multiple short term rentals and this is by far and away the best. Great location. Great amenities. Great house. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on each day. If you want to be on the forgotten coast this is the house for you. Thank you to the hosts for great communication and especially for sharing your piece of heaven!

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Eddie's home! Awesome views from the porch, the beach is directly in front of the home, and the boat ramp is adjacent to the lot. We will definitely book again!
