Fascino del sud del lago in una bella zona tranquilla

Questa casa vacanza in Florida situata su un bellissimo lago nel nord della Florida è proprio quello che stai cercando! Goditi una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla lontano da tutto. Questa casa di 2800 piedi quadrati si trova a Cherry Lake, Madison County, in Florida. Splendidamente decorato con fascino del sud.

Goditi le acque cristalline di questo lago alimentato a primavera immerso in un ambiente molto rurale a sole due ore da Jacksonville. Cherry Lake è l'ideale per nuotare, sciare, tubing, moto d'acqua e pesca. Ampio branzino e trota d'acqua dolce sono abbondanti a Cherry Lake.

Il lago è ideale anche per gli sport acquatici. Ha un diametro di circa un miglio, quasi un cerchio perfetto per un totale di circa 500 acri. Questa casa ha il suo molo privato. Ci sono due camere da letto con un letto king-size in ciascuna. La terza camera ha due letti matrimoniali e la quarta camera ha due letti matrimoniali. C'è una stanza aggiuntiva con due gemelli e una piccola stanza con una doppia. La sera godetevi un arrosto di marshmallow o un falò nella zona all'aperto del fuoco.

The facility itself was basically clean we did have to clean the refrigerator when we got there. Property could use curb appeal and paint on the inside and outside. Upstairs where the pool table was could use some blinds because the sun is very bright and hot in the area and there is dry rot in the window seal. Overall, all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and adequate space for all of us. Beautiful lake view and accessibility. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

This gorgeous home right on the lake was exactly as advertised and MORE. It was the perfect vacation for us and our two sons and their families (12 total). It was very clean inside, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and feeding large groups. The beds were also very comfortable. The huge walk-in showers in the two master suites were really nice and a rare treat. The kids really enjoyed playing pool upstairs and loved fishing off the dock. My son brought his boat so they could tube and wake board. He was able to unload at the nice public boat ramp and tie up at the dock at the house with no problem. We had some awesome family game time around the huge dining table at night. An added bonus for us was to all gather on the dock and watch 4th of July fireworks all around the lake. The host was outstanding. She was very quick to respond to any questions or address any need we had. I would highly recommend this venue.

Memorial Day Weekend Fam & Friends

We had an absolute blast! The property was AMAZING! The pictures that are posted doesn't do the house, lake, property any of it justice. You have to see it to believe it. We went to the springs, the swimming hole on the lake, fishing, trail riding, decided not to go to wild adventures because there was so much to see an do in the area. We had a minor AC issue but the property owner corrected it and was completely attentive and got it taken care of immediately. .We will be back in the fall to do some more bass fishing!

Girl Scout Troop trip

This place was awesome and exactly what my troop needed. Very clean, very pretty and plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was well kept and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our troop trip to Wild adventures!

Peaceful Retreat

Southern Charm was a wonderful place for a "friend's reunion ". It is a peaceful place to recharge and renew relationships. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed by our host.We appreciate the opportunity to rent this place.

Beautiful view

Pictures do not do this place justice. We enjoyed a relaxing week. Quality time with family. Home is well equipped for lots of family and friends. Very kid and pet friendly. Kitchen ware, pot, pans, etc well stocked. The grill is clean and cooks evenly. The wrap around porch kept the grandchildren fully entertained. The lake is crystal clear. Nice little beach and playground around the lake. Owner is very responsive.

Return to Cherry Lake

14 years ago, we stayed at the rental property next door and said one day, we would like to stay at Southern Charm. As a special Christmas gift, I rented the house for the family and we had a great time. We took the grandchildren to Wild Adventures to see the Nights of Lights, but I believe they had a better time playing at the house. There was plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen accessories. Only concern is no childproof locks on the exit doors of the house. Our 4 year old loved the dock. The hurricane did some damage. The playground set is gone and some of the trees are down, but overall, this is a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the wrap around porch, fun to chase the kids around on. Thank You for allowing My Family to enjoy Your Home!

View of the lake and sunset was great.

Our family loves to cook. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was so well appointed. Even in the cooler weather we enjoyed spending time in the dock. The sunsets over the lake were icing on the cake!

Great house in quiet area

Loved the house for the eight of us staying. Plenty of space for us to all hang out and also have our own privacy when wanted. Kids loved the lake to paddle board and swim.

Wonderful

Many years staying here. Always fun. Lots of room. Lake and boating were great as always. Only a few boats were out all week so made great skiing for the kids. Very well furnished kitchen. Had everything you need. Great for family to come together.

A Touch of Southern Paradise

This lake house is beautiful in itself - both inside and out - and then you add the gorgeous surroundings and serenity that the property offers around the house and you have the recipe for a heavenly, relaxing and romantic escape from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic world around you. As advertised, the sunsets were extraordinary and the night sky away from the city reveals a billion stars which are also reflected in the lake on calm evenings. Come prepared as this somewhat remote slice of paradise is a 15 minute drive from the nearest restaurant or grocery store and pickings are slim..

The wrap around porch is wonderful and such a beautiful view of the lake!!! Everything you will ever need is in this house! It was a great getaway!!! Neighbor was so quiet and so much fun watching the boats!!
