Perfect house in perfect location

Self-Check-in and Self Check-out. The access is provided with client-specific door code. Newly renovated house located in the location that is centric to everything ! Large size porch and yard. Lots of business and entertainment locations nearby. Target SuperCenter is immediately across the road from the location. The Governor Square Mall is a block away. This house is located 2 miles away from Florida Capitol. It's a really quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with no through traffic.

PET POLICY
Just a note about our little fur friends: The well-behaving pets are always welcome. Please ensure that they are not disturbing the neighbors with barking. Please keep your dog on the leash while walking outside. Please curb your animals and bag up the outside litter after them and dispose the bag at the trash container at the curbside. Please do not allow animals to sleep in the bed or on the couch ($50 cleanup fee). Please pickup all dog/cat hair after the check out to the best of your ability. Lint roller is provided to assist. Please don’t use the human plates to serve pets (it really did happen before). If all these guidelines followed, no extra pet cleanup will be charged. We have been resistant to charge a set "pet fee" since we witnessed that a majority of pet owners pick after their pets and shouldn't be punished for the actions of those rare few who don't . This is why we are operating under the principle of "no pet mess - no pet clean up." With all this being said, we love the opportunity to host you and your fur family in Tallahassee :)
