Close to everything

We had a wonderful time and we’ve stayed in many rentals, but the host here was the best of all of them. Would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect for our needs

Great location, an easy 10 minute drive to the State Capitol with great pizza and coffee down the street! Quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard with beautiful foliage. Everything inside was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Visiting Family & Vacation

I visited my daughter and husband. We attended an art and musical festival downtown and St George Island. We shopped and ate some great food too. The best thing about the trip was visiting my family and the location to my family was unbeatable.

Scott is the best host ever! After learning that my family survived a house fire, Scott could not have been more thoughtful and generous. His property was clean and homey. His kindness made our recovery and transition to permanent housing, painless. I would recommend his property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay while in Tallahassee.

Home away from home

We picked this location as it was central to family and the wedding venue we came to Tallahassee for. The house is in a nice quiet community and has all the amenities one would expect. The property mgr called me the day of arrival and was super gracious, he followed up again the next day just to be sure we were happy with everything, which we were.

Nice Stay!

Went over the weekend for the FSU Homecoming. Scott was great to communicate with the day prior to arrival and the day on arrival. House was clean and stocked with necessary items. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would easily stay there again.

Great place. Just what we needed and in close proximity to FSU. Came up from South Florida for a quick weekend stay to visit my student at FSU. The place was clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive upon arrival to share the lock code. Only a couple notes, we ended up arriving after dark and the house was completely dark. It would have been helpful to have the outside light on the see the house number and walkway to the door. Also the check in email had the incorrect details to the digital lock upon arrival but as I stated Scott answered straight away and that was resolved on the spot. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Excellent hosts!

We booked this quaint little townhome for our visit for my graduation from FSU and we’re very pleased with the home. Everything was in proper working order, the house was finished with everything we needed during our stay. The location was super convenient to stores and the FSU campus. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive for us. Very quiet location and we felt safe nestled in the small community.

Nice Clean Home

We came in for a dog show and stayed at this property. The home was very clean and the bed very comfortable. If I had one complaint, I wish the fenced back yard was larger. But the fence was safe for my dogs, they just couldn't run. The neighborhood was quite different as all the homes are duplexes. But the neighborhood was convenient and quite.

FSU Graduation Stay

While visiting FSU for our sons graduation, we had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place! Exquisitely decorated, very cozy, excellent wifi, beautiful fireplace, and super clean. We did not want for anything! Close to Publix, 5 min drive to FSU, and the owners were more than amazing! Our youngest son had a terrible accident on the way to meet us, and the owners even had a wheelchair they let us borrow! Definitely will stay here again! Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to the amazing owners!
