There is a spacious lower deck and child swing (kids weight to 100 # only please) that looks out to the lake and two docks from
the lakefront yard. On summer evenings, the Starry Skies are even more Magical as the Fire-Flies Twinkle all around you.

As you step inside of the entry greets you with custom hand made carved wood stairs that glimmer like water in the night, the custom high end designer epoxy floors that give a luxury essence to the entertainment area of the new constructed lower level added just this year. Step into ourwine bar area withhogh end modern cabinets and wet bar. Take a gander upstairs to All new Wood Floors, Expansive Openness with Glass for impeccable lake view and nature surrounding with the design of the Spacious Great Room Welcoming you and making you feel both Energized and Relaxed… After a relaxing soak in the master tub with a waterfall spout, cozy up by the Oversize Flatscreen TV to watch a movie overlooking the lake.

The Kitchen is the Heart of the Home, and is well appointed and stocked with everything required to prepare and serve the most Complex Recipes. The Kitchen is completely open into the Dining Room where the wood silver glimmer table seats 6 Comfortably. The counter island bar seats an additional 2-3.

Each bedroom has received special attention and unique details that are Ultra-modern, Enjoyable and Memorable.
The first Master Suite is on the main level. The Luxurious Queen Bed is prepared with Hypoallergenic and Soft Cotton Linens, High Quality Bedding, and is perfectly placed to Enjoy the Incredibly Beautiful Full Room Lake Views. The all new Pella windows throughout the home and the new french door in the master to access the screened porch for evening breezes and nature sounds at night. The Master en-suite bathroom offers a waterfall spa tub fill and separate glass enclosed multi-head sprayer modern shower.

On the main level near the kitchen is the second bedroom, a Jr. Suite with another Extremely Comfortable Queen Bed with a peek View of the Lake and an Ottoman Chair that converts to a single bed, that is placed beside the large window.
The Unique designed bathroom gives a luxury feeling with a tub, metallic glass sink bowl and modern heated toilet seat and foot wave flusher.

The 3rd bedroom, the “Loft bedroom” is Extremely Private and Cozy. The Comfortable wood bed with baskets and multiple built in storage is ideal for any book reader.
The Loft Bathroom is outfitted with a natural light and evening light make up mirror and modern lighting, Spa shower and Rain shower head, modern heated toilet seat and foot wave flusher.

SEPTIC and well so very sensitive. NO paper or items in the toilet other than wiping toilet paper. Tissues for face, makeup or nose toss in trash.
QUIET HOURS: 9 pm - 7 am daily. Music and loud noises outside and on screened porch to be kept low for the respect of neighbors and across the lake.

HI Kimberly, Sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he's doing better and home with you. The house was very nice but needed a few changes. There was no hot water, it needed waste baskets in the bathrooms, the stairs should have a second handle. The living area was as nice as you said. The heated toilet seats was a welcome surprise. The balcony and lake view was perfect. Every one was happy
