"L'hotel é nella via con tantissimi pub e questo fa si che se si devono tenere aperte le finestre perché da molto caldo, come successo a noi il rumore fino a tarda sera può essere molto fastidioso. Non non c'è aria condizionata nelle camere. Gli asciugamani per la doccia sono minuscoli e nella nostra stanza l'acqua era appena tiepida. Probabilmente in settimana non c'è il problema del rumore quanto nel weekend. Infine sul nostro piano c'erano persone ubriache che parlavano a voce alta alle 4.30 del mattino e picchiavano sulle porte perché probabilmente erano troppo ubriachi e non ricordavano quale era la loro stanza. Il risultato é stata una notte pessima. Suggerisco che nel weekend l'hotel metta una sorta di guardia co e nei pub che vigili sugli elementi più molesti fino alla camera. Purtroppo nel parcheggio dell' hotel abbiamo visto auto con specchietti e finestrini sfondati, per fortuna la nostra auto é stata risparmiata. Certo l'hotel non ha responsabilità ma la zona non sembra molto sicura, certamente non é tranquilla."

Nestled in the lush greenery of the County Louth countryside, this elegant property is a peaceful retreat with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the genuine kindness and professionalism of the staff — from the reception team to the breakfast and restaurant staff, everyone made us feel sincerely cared for. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with thoughtful service and delicious food. The room was spotless, with high-quality Irish bath products in full-size containers, which we appreciated — a rare and thoughtful touch that made us feel at home. And the breakfast was simply outstanding. A generous and beautifully presented spread, with everything we could have hoped for. We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This is the kind of place you want to return to, even just for the pleasure of staying there. Our children were also treated with kindness and attention, especially during dinner, which made a big difference to us. We warmly thank all the staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. We look forward to returning and we truly hope this special place keeps its authentic Irish charm and peaceful atmosphere, away from the usual tourist crowds."
