The experience was very meh overall - it started with the bombardment of emails on the days before, only one of which was actually useful and the rest just sales. The welcome was terrible, and there was always a queue at reception every time, but at least the room rate was low. But you really felt that in the room, which was sparse, and the bathroom made you feel like you were in a hostel rather than a four star hotel, with no bath mat, no toiletries, shower gel always empty, and not even any tissues. The breakfast is ok if you like savory but virtually nothing sweet. I wouldn’t recommend it.
