Obs1: After the payment is made, it will be necessary to present complete data of the couple holding the reservation (document with photo, address and proof of residence).

Obs2: Property with security cameras in the external areas of the house.

Rules:
- Forbidden, strictly, parties and guests.
- No smoking;
- Small pets only (up to 7kg and over 1 year old);
- Only 8 guests are allowed in total (including children and babies);
- Forbidden to place a barbecue inside the support caiçara, only allowed on the deck, away from the caiçara;
- Use of sound, only ambient, on the terrace or hut, at predetermined times, respecting the neighbors.

- Prohibited use of sound from 20:00h to 10:00h (silence rule).

*Bed and bath linen are included in the reservation.

*Maximum check-in time is until 7pm. Check-ins after this time, the guest must check availability with our attendants at least 48 hours in advance, subject to a fee.
