“Spacious and stylish villa with a relaxing pool and many lounge areas. Private and secure. Felt very safe and comfortable. A short walk to El Sunzal surf break. One of the nicest pools in the area from what we observed. It has seat in the pool where you can relax and watch the surf. John was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!”

“The property is beautiful with all the fruit trees and plants. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep. I just wish there was a washer and dryer to do our dirty laundry. Also the driveway was a bit too steep for our vehicle but there was a spot to park on the street. ”

“Super cute little houses that are ocean front, the property feels safe and everyone was super friendly. There’s a parking stall right next to your unit. Only thing is getting back into the location you have to wait for them to open the gate, which you feel bad when you’re going in and out or don’t come home until late at night. “The property is delightful - clean, tasteful, good wifi, comfortable bed. The pool was sparkling with a lovely garden and a caretaker living in the neighborhood. It is in a great location - close to El Tunco and other beaches, but not touristy. Many restaurants are within 15-20 minus drive as well as 2 larger grocery stores and gas stations.
