*High speed internet around the house for digital nomads (250 mgbps), and there are two workspaces (one in the casita and one in the Master) if you have to work while on vacation.
*There is a smart TV in the living room.
* Please note that there is construction around like any other area in Tamarindo.
* Security cameras in front of the house are monitored by a security company ( we need to add the note about a live guard at night monitoring area (we should def have this on the other CU`s you can use same template for that and include it wherever we have it on the other listings pls
* Tamarindo is a fun and active tourist area for all to enjoy. For this reason it’s also important to ensure you take proper precaution to secure your property and your personal items. This home secured and equipped with an alarm system and security. Please be sure to utilize these amenities during your stay.
* Security cameras are present and face the exterior areas including the outdoor pool area and the front facade of the home. However, they are NOT recording or monitored, and are only there as deterrents for any trespassing.
* Additional security is provided by a private, patrolled service that conducts regular motorized patrols throughout the neighborhood, during evening hours. This offers an added layer of monitoring and peace of mind for participating homes.
* Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
* No more than the registered # of guests.
* Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
* Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of last night`s rate.
* Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
* In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
