This newly constructed, modern 4-bedroom home is just 1.7 km (1 mile) from Tamarindo Beach. The main house features three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, while a private guest house (fondly referred to as a `casita` in Costa Rica) includes a fourth bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette. The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite bathroom. The guests bedrooms: one of them a queen-size bed and two twin beds the other one. Each room is equipped with modern amenities and designed for a restful night`s sleep, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. The guest house has a queen bed and TV.

Tamarindo villa with pool

This house was so clean. We all had a wonderful time in the pool and visiting beaches and activities. You need a car as it is located a short distance from downtown Tamarindo. The only suggestion I would have is the host should provide hot pads for using the stove.
