Built with natural stone, travertine stone floors, and Venetian finish, this elegant and bright 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa comes fully furnished with AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and ensuite bathroom each with indoor/outdoor shower.

Construction information

There is a construction next door so depending on the construction phase, it can be more more or less active/noisy. For this reason the villa is offered at lower rates.

Layout

The first floor comprises the main living and dining area that comfortably seats 6, the kitchen, the guests 'bathroom.

Going upstairs, the two large bedrooms have each their own top-of-the-line bathrooms with an open-air garden behind the showers. This will make you feel as if you are bathing under some of Costa Rica’s beautiful waterfalls! The home also comes equipped with split A/Cs in each room. If you are not a fan of A/Cs, you'll be able to simply slide open the three sets of doors to experience true indoor/outdoor living and have that cross ventilation flowing.

Once outside, you will find a child-friendly pool, a covered patio that is perfect for entertaining, as well as a separate barbecue and dining area. All set in a tranquil garden setting, the outside area is one of the many highlights of this beautiful home.

Gated community and Beach club Membership

Tamarindo Preserve is a luxury beachfront gated community in Playa Langosta, one of the most popular Costa Rica luxury real estate communities. Our guests have a direct private access to the beach from the gated community and an exclusive access to the Langosta Beach Club, located at 3-5minutes walking distance from the villa.

Guest Access

The nearest international airport is Liberia Oduber, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the villa. San José International Airport is about a 4-hour drive away. Alternatively, Sansa Airlines offers domestic flights from San José to Tamarindo, which take around 40 minutes. We’re happy to help arrange airport transfers to and from the villa.
