Benvenuti a Casa Puesta del Sol Villas 1 & 2. Vieni a rendere questa casa la tua prossima vacanza. Situato nella splendida Playa Langosta, si tratta di due ville adiacenti con 8BR / 8. 5BA. Villa One è stata rinnovata nel 2017 e Villa 2 è nuova per il mercato degli affitti e sta completando i lavori di ristrutturazione alla fine di febbraio 2020.

Entrambe le ville sono luminose e luminose in stile contemporaneo ma lussuoso. Ogni villa è di 3300 piedi quadrati ed è composta da 3 livelli. Il primo piano di ciascuno è un concetto aperto e comprende il soggiorno, un bagno di servizio, la cucina, la zona pranzo e la lavanderia. Il secondo piano di ogni casa ha tre delle camere da letto e il 3 ° piano è la quarta camera da letto e un balcone con vista sull'oceano. Tutte le 8 camere sono dotate di bagno privato. Le case sono state decorate con gusto con arredi e servizi personalizzati. Le opere d'arte sono state acquistate da artisti locali del Costa Rica e le opere in legno nella villa 2 sono realizzate a mano da un artigiano del legno locale. Ci sono tre piani di finestre di vetro per viste mozzafiato che si affacciano sulle piscine private, sull'oceano e sugli splendidi giardini tropicali.
Villa 1 ha 2 letti king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto e un letto a castello. Villa 2 ha 3 letti king size, 1 divano letto queen size estraibile e una doppia con letto a castello.

Il terzo piano presenta finestre / porte dal pavimento al soffitto nelle camere da letto e un balcone con vista sul maestoso Pacifico. Puoi guardare i meravigliosi tramonti, assaporare un momento tranquillo di notte sotto le stelle o riprendere la lettura, sorseggiando una tazza di caffè costaricano e ascoltando gli uccelli vicini e guardando le scimmie urlatrici che si scatenano tra gli alberi. Ogni suite al 3 ° piano dispone di un ampio bagno interno. Villa 1 ha due lavandini e una doccia in pietra accatastata. Villa 2 ha due lavandini, una grande doccia doppia e una vasca idromassaggio lungo le grandi finestre che si affacciano sull'oceano. Le master suite al secondo piano dispongono anche di un letto king size, una grande cabina armadio e un ampio bagno privato con doppio lavandino e una grande cabina doccia. C'è una terrazza più piccola fuori da queste camere da letto con vista sulla piscina dove è possibile rilassarsi e ammirare la bellezza delle palme verdi e dei bellissimi uccelli colorati che visitano il nostro cortile. Le terze camere da letto, anch'esse situate al secondo piano, differiscono leggermente. Villa 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto a una piazza e mezza con angolo cottura e bagno privato. Villa 2 ha un letto king size, un divano letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Le quarte camere da letto, anch'esse al secondo piano, dispongono ciascuna di un letto a castello / due letti singoli, un bagno privato e cabina armadio.
Prepara deliziosi pasti o un drink ghiacciato in una delle enormi cucine completamente attrezzate, ammirando gli uccelli e le farfalle dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nella sala da pranzo e nel giardino. Ogni soggiorno dispone di un comodo ampio sezionale, una panca, una sedia girevole di grandi dimensioni e Smart TV LCD da 55 ". C'è una sala da pranzo interna in ogni villa o si può anche scegliere di cenare all'aperto a bordo piscina. I giardini tropicali mantenuti professionalmente nel cortile sul retro circondano la tua piscina privata per ogni villa. I mobili per piscina in stile rattan intorno a ogni piscina ti permettono di rilassarti e prendere il sole con il massimo comfort. Una griglia a gas è disponibile anche su ogni lato per grigliare deliziose bistecche o frutti di mare.
Ogni villa offre un garage privato annesso e un sistema di allarme per la massima sicurezza. È a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal negozio di alimentari, da alcuni eccellenti ristoranti locali e dalla splendida Playa Langosta (bandiera blu certificata per la qualità dell'acqua e della spiaggia). Tamarindo è a solo un miglio di distanza, disponibile in auto, taxi o un'altra breve passeggiata fino all'estremità sud della spiaggia.

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Langosta. The house had plenty of space for 13 of us, however some of the rooms have direct access to the outside which wasnt a good fit for kids or even teens. Aly was super helpful! She reccomended that we rent a golf

We had a great time. The concierge was amazing at getting us all set up with a private chef and bartender, surfing, Academy, and Trippe. The only problem was we could not get in, but that was partly our fault for not showing up when we were supposed to do to traffic, etc. We only had to wait about 20 minutes. The property was a little hard To find but very spacious and we had both units. The best part about it was waking up to a family of nine monkeys, including two babies in the tree right outside the master bedroom on the third floor. We’ve gone to Costa Rica for 31 years and this is the closest we’ve ever been to Haller monkeys. I will recommend, this for people and A, especially larger groups.

We rented both villas for a family vacation and had an amazing trip. The villas are in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Tamarindo without having to deal with all the crowds. There were 13 of us and there was ample room for everyone (we could had a few more people and still not felt crowded).The concierge was really helpful - we used Aly to book airport transfers and tours as well a cook for 2 dinners. I definitely would recommend the cook, the airport transfers and the catamaran trip. The two other tours we booked were 2.5 hours away (coffee and waterfall tours) as they take place in the rainforest - not near the coast. We liked the tours, but we hit outrageous traffic on the way home once and it took almost 5 hours to get back to the villas.Everyone in our group raved about the how comfortable the beds are in both villas! There is a small market and a sports bar that are easy walking distance as well as the beach which is much quieter than Tamarindo and has amazing sunsets!Can't wait to go back!

Our expectations were exceeded! This is a massive, luxurious home in a quiet area of Tamarindo referred to as Playa Langosta. We rented both villas and we had more space than we knew what to do with. There are multiple master suites with views of the ocean. The beach is a 5 minute walk and it is an easy 15 minute walk, or a few minute drive to get into town. Aly, the concierge provided by the owners, made it easy to book rental cars, excursions, a private chef, and more. She also recommended we try the restaurant Bistro Langosta, which was hands down our favorite meal of the trip. Get there before 6 to take advantage of the great happy hour specials and plan to stay a few hours to try the amazing food and cocktail list. We did encounter a couple issues with the house during our stay, the largest was an A/C unit that wasn't working. The owners have a local care taker that responds instantly to texts and had the A/C unit replaced with a new one within a couple hours of me notifying him. We strongly recommend choosing this home for your Costa Rican beach vacation.

The house was very clean but had a lot of issues. Needs to update cookware and silverware and towels. There's links in the ceiling in both Villa. There was no AC in the master room the first night.

We were a party of 13 and needed to book a villa to stay at since our wedding was happening nearby. The two villas were amazing, not only based on their price but with the space and amenities. Aly was great in helping us book excursions, massages, rental cars etc. The pools are a dream on their own, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were even larger! It was also nice to be able to use the garage to park our golf cart, but I would recommend to use Uber, as it is cheaper than renting a golf cart. Having two kitchens was great for such a large party, and being able to move between the villas through the door in between the two pools was very convenient. This was a calming stay, away from the busy town center (that was still very close, about 5 min by golf cart), and we saw many monkeys in the trees, particularly in villa 2. Highly recommend walking to the nearest beach which is a 5 min walk and watching the sunsets there.

The Villas were perfect for such a large family vacation. With 17 of us there was lots of room and plenty of space to sit and have a quiet minute! The whole family enjoyed the pools, beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon! Aly, our concierge, was awesome at helping us plan tours and rent golf carts for getting around!

I had an Amazing stay at the Villas, any issues that i had which were minor the Leonards were very punctual with a response. It was a memorable moment for my birthday. Nothing but Great things. The only complaint that I have is concerning the Concierge (Aly)Alyssa Nitsche. Every year when I travel for my birthday someone bring in another friend to the group, unknown to the others. Well, when 3 women backed out of the Adventure Day because 1 was in a car wreck a few prior to the trip. When i told Aly she spoke to me as if I was a child, very condescending. Also threatened to take any extra monies off my card if the people don't do anything i requested prior to. So i called to have my card blocked from any further charges. I refused to argue with her because i had 4 more days of vacation and didn't want for her to make things worse for me. I had a cook a few days, everything was delicious. The pool guy was courteous and nice.

This property is definitely a go it's right in the heart of downtown shopping,eating the beaches the location is perfect. The house was everything we expected it to be I can definitely say looking online at this property it was just as you see in the pictures gorgeous each villa has it's own feel to it we was trying to see how could we get an extra day to stay even with the bad weather we stayed in and made the best memories in this beautiful home we will definitely be back and we know exactly where we will be coming at it was home away from home the owners they made us feel more than inviting we loved everything about this home. This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of 11 adults. The rooms were all very nice and the beds were soooo comfortable. The villas were very close to every thing. We were able to get everywhere by golfcart within minutes. The communication with everyone was very great. The best part of this entire experience was the concierge Aly. I has worked with her months before our arrival and she was always so helpful and patient. She helped book fabulous excursions, spa day, dinners, salsa lessons, golf carts and transportation. She went above and beyond to make this vacation phenomenal. I told her before we met that she was my friend in my head lol. She even stopped by one day and assisted with the washing machine. The only downside would be now that every place I go I will be expecting the same quality experience because every place needs an Aly. Overall this was a fabulous trip and when coming back we will for sure be staying here again.

My group rented the entire Villa, and had ample space for our group of 15. Additionally, Aly was especially helpful in coordinating fishing, a catamaran trip, and the adventure day, all of which my group thoroughly enjoyed. She also set up a dinner to cook up the fish which was fantastic. Mikel was very responsive throughout the trip and helped replace an AC unit that wasn’t working within the day. Overall, would highly recommend this property

We booked both villas and can honestly say that this is the perfect property for extended families or small groups looking for comfort, privacy, and all the amenities. The villas are well appointed and each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There are two garden areas, and the lush pool yard has a BBQ and plenty of room for lounging and dining. Located in Playa Langosta, it’s just three minutes by golf cart to the heart of Tamarindo. The house manager, Mikel, was helpful and responsive, and his cleaning team was thorough, polite, and Covid safe. Concierge Alyssa was knowledgeable and friendly, arranging for our golf cart rental, delivery and pickup. She also booked a full day “Adventure” tour for our party of seven. What fun! We highly recommend her services and this tour. Owners Nikki and Brian are easy to work with and understandably proud of Casa Puesta Del Sol. We enjoyed our stay and know you will, too.
