Lussuoso attico Beach Club

  • Il nostro attico di 3.000 mq si trova al terzo piano del condominio Ibis at the Beach. Questo è un condominio boutique di 10 unità nel cuore di Tamarindo Preserve. Si trova a meno di 40 metri dal Langosta Beach Club presso il quale avrai i privilegi di iscrizione completi durante il tuo soggiorno. Il club è costruito sulla spiaggia più bella della zona e comprende una piscina a sfioro che si affaccia sul caldo Pacifico, una palestra completa, area per esercizi e trattamenti, cabine private, un ristorante tropicale francese, una piscina e un bar sull'oceano.

    La casa è uno studio di eccellenza e attenzione ai dettagli. Rimarrai immediatamente colpito dai pavimenti in travertino e dai soffitti a volta in teak massiccio. Al ponte avvolgente si accede da 4 serie di porte a scomparsa con lo stesso pavimento e soffitto dell'interno. I fan di Casablanca mantengono il ponte comodo e ti permettono di goderti l'anno dello stile di vita indoor / outdoor della Costa d'oro della Costa Rica. Il ponte ha una zona giorno completa, zona relax, zona pranzo, grill a gas Vermont Casting con lavello di preparazione e persino un centro benessere.

    Ci sono 3 suite matrimoniali che ognuna ha il proprio bagno completo. Due di loro hanno i loro salotti esterni. Guardano centinaia di acri di conservazione della natura. C'è un altro mezzo bagno al largo della grande sala. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta e un'ampia selezione di utensili da cucina di Williams Sonoma. L'aria condizionata è l'aria centrale Trane a 2 zone.

    Sarai abbastanza lontano dal centro di Tamarindo per sfuggire al rumore e alla congestione, ma solo 8 minuti a piedi sulla strada o sulla spiaggia. È una comoda passeggiata per oltre 40 dei nostri oltre 65 ristoranti. L'elenco delle attività disponibili nella zona è quasi infinito e comprende surf, vela, snorkeling, immersioni, crociere al tramonto, pesca sportiva, equitazione, tour con baldacchino (zipline), escursioni, tour in bicicletta, tour in quad (ATV) e molti altri, molti altri includono il mio preferito che si sta semplicemente rilassando e godendo Pura Vida (La bella vita)

    C'è così tanto da fare per gli appassionati tra cui pesca di classe mondiale, surf, zip-lining, immersioni, gite in barca nella giungla, osservazione delle tartarughe, vela, tour dei vulcani, rafting, equitazione, golf, tennis, trekking e semplicemente relax .

Family week in Tamarindo

My family of 5 spent 8 days at Ibis 9 condo. From the moment we opened the door se we’re impressed withe the condo furnishings. The pictures accurately showed the interior, and the security persons and concierge were extremely helpful and kind. They provided many helpful suggestions to make the stay pleasant and fun. We purchased excursions for scuba, snorkeling, zip line, whitewater rafting, deep sea fishing, ATV, and inland fishing. All coordinated through the concierge, Rafa. They were all excellent with friendly, helpful, high quality service.

By far, the best VRBO we have ever rented from. Rafa was amazing with communication on the check in and out process and all of the activities close by. And I can not say enough about the security team and the club staff. We had a flat tire that would not come off of the hub. And they all worked on it until they got it off and the tire switched out. Highly recommend!!

Close to the Action

Ibis #9 was a nice top floor 3bdr/3 1/2 bath condo unit on the outskirts of Tamarindo on the main road towards Langosta. The unit was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with basics, but anything above that, a trip to the market is necessary (no tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, or laundry detergent provided). The location is right across from the Langosta Beach Club, which was very convenient (can use their facilities), and a walk on Tamarindo Beach is right there. The condo is on a very busy street with constant traffic going both ways all day long, so be aware of that. Also, right outside the master bedroom windows is a small community of folks who live in sheds, and every single night, there was loud talking and music that went into late hours. The main thermostat in family room was locked at 79 degrees, which was very warm. The bedrooms were much cooler. Overall, our stay was fine, but there were some items mentioned that could use some improvement.

Great place, terrible onsite manager experience

My three stars is really a merge of 5 stars for a great place and 1 star for an poor set of experiences with an onsite manager named Rafa. I’ve shared my feedback with the owners but want anyone renting this spot to also be aware. Problems included: + overcharging for excursions (make sure you book things like ATVs and other side trips direct. The property manager Rafa takes a large margin, as much as 2x). + not communicating with us despite repeated attempts (then saying, “oh I was too busy”) + not being available onsite to help us (then being seen hanging out in the parking lot and in town talking casually with people) + failing to help us secure a refund for a dysfunctional golf cart we rented through him (I had to eventually go to the owner of the golf cart rental service myself) + failing to return an item we left in the safe despite promising to do so (I eventually had to go over his head). Note: the rest of the team at Ibis, including security and cleaning and parking are wonderful. I recommend them highly. Ibis owners: I encourage you to take corrective action if Rafa is still with you. He is doing your rental property and the Ibis community a disservice.

Space was perfect for our family and having the Langosta Beach Club across the street was a bonus. Shirt enough walk into downtown that we didn't really need the golf cart.

Ibis #9 Penthouse

Our stay at the Ibis #9 was great! Far enough away from the noise of the downtown area but close enough to walk. The Langosta Beach Club right across the street was perfect for drinks, swimming and watching sunsets at the end of our day. Most importantly, Rafa and Juan were awesome helping us with any request.

Great people and location

We loved this place! The beach club was a serious bonus. The staff at Ibis and Langosta beach club were wonderful and we left feeling like we made friends. We will be back for sure. You can’t beat the location just out of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but just walk onto the beach and find everything you need!

Stay at Ibis Tamarindo

I will preface this review by saying that we were not sold on going to Costa Rica at first. We were traveling with 3 kids 8,9, and 11 and weren't certain if it was the best place to go with 3 young kids. We went through over 1 thousand reviews and finally decided on this condo in Tamarindo over a resort in the Panilla region. We made the right decision and had a fantastic time. I wanted to write this review trying to provide information the information that we looked for going through reviews for a family vacation. We just returned from one week at Costa Rica. We stayed in Ibis 9. We had a wonderful experience from the start. Melissa arranged airport transfer from Liberia airport. Catalina was waiting for us and was a gracious host. We stopped by a very nice supremacado on the way to the condo for groceries. A small version of a nice US grocery store with everything you need. We met our concierge Rafa once we arrived at Ibis. He took care of anything we needed instantaneously. As good a concierge as anyone you would meet at a nice hotel in the states. We got help with our luggage. The condo was on the top floor. Very spacious, clean, and nice furniture. Fixtures, and appliances all extremely nice. We quickly went out to the beach through the Langosta Beach Club. There is a great pool there and lounge chairs. Free cabanas that you can reserve through the concierge who was Giro while we were there. The beach club has food and great drinks. It is a bit pricey. Similar to US resort prices. But a great set up and worth the cost. Also plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. Beautiful sand and great waves. You can rent boogy boards or get surf lessons right in front of the beach club. I would highly encourage you to rent a golf cart. We rented one for the week through pure vida luxury rentals. It was ready for us when we got there. It makes it very easy to travel all through town and visit the different beaches. We used it every day to go out and get breakfast or go to dinner. If there is one restaurant you should try it is Pangas right on the beach with best food in town. We set up 3 tours through the concierge and were very happy. We got private guides for each trip and were guided through each activity without any wait or downtime. Very similar to guided tours through us parks. Victor and Sebastian (and Irbin tour driver) were our guides. They are truly expert guides and made our experience exeptional. I highly recommend this property and company.

We enjoyed our time in Ibis 9. The layout and pictures of the place were exactly as described. Rafe and Stefano were helpful and knowledgable of the area and made the excursions workout seamless. The walk into town is not far but the golf cart was a must for us to get around in for dinners and groceries. We had 4 kids and 2 adults. Costa Rica is beautiful and the beach was amazing.

Loved it!

We spent our spring break week at Ibis #9. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group. We absolutely loved it! It was spacious, comfortable and convenient. Everyone was so helpful! We arranged for airport transportation through Stefano (about an hour drive from Liberia) and the driver let us stop for groceries on our way to the condo. Once we arrived, Camacho carried all our luggage up to the condo. Everything we needed was available in the condo. I did bring a small bottle of laundry detergent, which allowed us to bring fewer clothes, wash as we needed, and return home with clean clothes! Bring shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen (very expensive locally). The unit is exactly as pictured in the photos. The main room and kitchen are plenty big and it never felt crowded, even with 8 of us. The 'cold-pool' out on the deck was very refreshing and fun for the kids. We spent a lot of evening time relaxing on the front deck, which had plenty of deck furniture. The wifi worked great, which made my 16-year old happy. Any time we wanted to plan an excursion, or needed directions, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They planned everything for us and would tell us exactly where to go. We did the sunset cruise (amazing), learned to surf, toured the estuary and did some fishing. The front desk lined up all of our transportation. The Beach Club across the street was perfect. It's an easy walk to the pool or the beach. The restaurant on site served great lunch and the staff there was also very friendly and helpful. My kids were stung by jellyfish, which is apparently pretty rare (and wasn't very painful), but the Beach Club staff immediately tended to them, bringing vinegar to sooth the sting. The beach out front of the Beach Club is beautiful, quiet and great for swimming in the ocean. The condo is the perfect distance from town. It's an easy walk, and there are great restaurants and shops in Tamarindo. We spent many evenings walking to town to find a good dinner restaurant, and then walking back to the quiet of our condo. We slept great in the condo, with the exception of one morning when the holler monkeys out back were quite active. It was fun to hear them though. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels available in the unit. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next visit to Costa Rica!

Ibis #9 was a wonderful place to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday at and Bob’s entire team was extremely helpful during the booking process and through our entire stay. Our group of five adults loved staying in the spacious condo and we truly enjoyed having such a beautiful place to call home during our one week trip. After reserving the condo we received a welcome email with general information and a long list of various tours to choose from. Stefano answered all of my group’s questions and we booked three tours plus airport transportation. Upon arrival, our driver picked us up and took us to the grocery store for the essentials and then over to the condo. We were greeted by Robert, who gave us an overview of the area, their services and the property. Ibis #9 is every bit as beautiful as the photos online and has an extremely warm feeling with the combination of the wood, granite and tile throughout. The balcony is definitely a highlight and we spent many evenings there reminiscing about the day’s events. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and the appliances are adequate. The wireless internet and satellite/cable TV worked very well and the stereo system with ceiling speakers in each room was a nice plus. Any of the small issues we had were immediately addressed by the maintenance staff who also keep the building very clean and the groundskeeper maintains a well-manicured property. Membership to the beach club across the street is the perfect complement for the property giving you all the amenities you could find in a resort with a very personable staff willing to accommodate all requests. All in all, the property was perfect for what we wanted: spacious, luxurious, close to town but far enough away and with access to the beach right across the street. The staff was very helpful in both planning and arranging additional tours while we were there and a trip highlight was having Chef Frank cook an amazing dinner for us in the condo on my wife’s birthday. We all look forward to coming back. Costa Rica is an amazing place to visit and staying at the Ibis #9 only enhances the Pura Vida experience.

birthday weekend

the place is awesome, bedrooms have plenty of room. we had a total of 5 girls sharing the place and it worked out great. The patio was nice to sit out on in the morning or when we came back. The house is in a perfect spot, you have a little walk to 'downtown' but its a fun walk. Theres a grocery store near and beach is right across the street. we did run into an issue with the AC unit for the rooms but management was pretty quick to get the issue resolved. Again its an awesome rental and would recommend it!! (PS there is an elevator available if youre unable to make the climb up the stairs)

Luxury condominium

We stayed at this lovely condominium the last week of July with our 4 adult children. The unit was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Only a short walk from Tamarindo, and adjacent to the Tamarindo nature preserve, the building is quiet and feels secluded. One of the best features was access to the Langosta beach club across the street, which was the perfect beach retreat, complete with pool, restaurant, bar, plus beach gear and lessons. Our family wanted a vacation where they could relax and enjoy a beach vacation, so it was important to us to have the beach club amenity. Two restaurants we recommend are ether Shrimp Hole and Seasons. Both featured fresh, fresh seafood! The concierge contacted us when we booked our week and sent us a comprehensive list of activities to help us plan our trip, which was a nice touch. Once we arrived, they took care of our needs promptly. We had some issues with appliances that were not working, but Bob, the property manager took care of our concerns as soon as we called. He went above the call of duty when our daughter had an issue with her eye and needed to see a doctor. He sent his wife, Veronica, who took her to a clinic, stayed to translate for her and then went to a pharmacy to pick up medicine. They were all very caring, which we really appreciated. We recommend this property and hope we can return someday.

Family Vacation in Costa Rica

My family just returned from a beautiful 10 day stay in Tamarindo Costa Rica. We booked Ibis #9 based on the gorgeous photos and wonderful reviews. The manager and staff and the condo are nothing short of amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating to any request we might have had. Juan helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport as well as book many tours for us. In addition he took my husband into town for grocery shopping and even picked us up a few things prior to our arrival since came in late with children on the first evening. The photos are exact and the condo and balcony area look just like them. Beautiful kitchen, lounging area and plenty of space for our family of 4. For me, sleeping was a little difficult, I think construction in Costa Rica is different than the states and you definitely hear the birds through the building in the morning. We aren't late sleepers anyway but we definitely rose with the sun here. We had a few issues with the secondary toilet during our stay so we opted to just not use it anymore. The condo is stocked with everything you will need to cook all the meals you can think of but we opted to hand wash all our dishes as the dishwasher just never seem to get anything clean. All minor items. The proximity to town is perfect! We walk everywhere and loved every second of being able to explore the area. The beach club across the street is a HUGE asset and perfect for lounging by the pool or an active day on the beach. The location could not be better!

Vacation Get-Away

We decided last year to look at Costa Rica because we had heard what a beautiful place it is. We narrowed our decision to the Tamarindo area and we were lucky enough to land the IBIS #9 condo. It was a perfect fit for us, 3 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The family area was a wonderful place for us to relax and to play games. The condo is right across the street from the Clubhouse and we were able to go anywhere we wanted without having to have a car. This was a fantastic vacation and was made perfect by Stefano and the crew taking care of our every need. I would highly recommend this condo to those looking for the ultimate get-away.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

My friends and I went on vacation together and we found this condo on HomeAway and absolutely loved it! What you see in the pictures is what you get - it is so gorgeous and roomy. The bedrooms are large and each one has its own bathroom plus theres a half bath off of the kitchen. The main balcony is where we were most of the time when we were in the condo. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom each have a balcony and in the morning we'd drink coffee looking out over the trees. You can hear the monkeys every morning!! The staff at the condo are very helpful. We used them to book tours, get us cabs, and to find out information about happenings and places to go in town. The beach club across the street is fabulous!! The infinity pool is gorgeous, the cabanas are a wonderful place to relax and read and maybe have a cocktail or two, the beach area is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The service is wonderful and the food is too! Can't say enough great things about our stay! If we go back, we will definitely stay here and we recommend to everyone!

Absolutely Awesome Property and Amenities

We decided to visit Tamarindo for our birthdays with friends and having never been there before and researching many properties, decided to try the Penthouse. All of us in our group were absolutely amazed! The photos didn't do it any justice. We were met by Bob and Stefano when we arrived and we were shown to the penthouse. The penthouse has three full bedrooms with their own en suite bathroom and they are in the back of the penthouse so you don't hear any noise from the road in front. There is also a guest bathroom in the kitchen/living area and a full utility room with washer/drier. The living area has couches, loveseat and sitting chairs, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD and surround speakers. The doors to the deck open and slide to completely open the living room to the outside. The deck overlooks the road in front and has plenty of room, couches, dining table w/chairs, Gas BBQ grill and the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is refreshing but, as listed, is not heated. There is no pool on property but the rental gives you access to the Langosta Beach Club across the street, which has a pool, cabanas, gym, restaurant and bar, access to the beach and the service is awesome! Stefano is available to help you set up any tours you might want to take at the front entry area. We also had Chef Frank from Belly Fed Better cook for our birthday dinner and that was an adventure on it's own and we highly recommend giving them a try. It's also a short walk to the main area where the local market is located, as well as bars and restaurants. I can't say enough for how great our experience was and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great place and Great Location

I truly don't know where to begin. The condo was amazing!! The location was close enough to town and just far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. The Langosta Beach Club was awesome, great service. When you think you might need a drink the staff was already asking if you were ready for the next one. We also saw Howler monkeys in the tree tops right at the beach club. If there is a must To Do it is hiring Chef Frank from Belly Fed Better. His food is amazing, he has great knowledge of the area and we had an absolutely great time watching him prepare our meal and chatting with him for the evening. It was by far the best food we had the entire trip!! The concierge Stefano was fantastic. From taking us shopping at the market to grab snacks for the week to setting up tours. There wasn't anything that we asked for that he couldn't make happen!! So for that we THANK YOU Stefano. The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly as well. The grounds crew and the security that was there 24 hours a day was great. Felt very safe not only at the property but in town as well. The only thing is like most places, there were Narco's trying to sell you drugs in town mostly right out in front of Sharky's everytime you walked bye. But they never harassed you when you said No they left you alone The only thing I can say bad about the place is the elevator didn't work. It wasn't a problem for us at all but could be difficult for older people or anyone with a disability. When we head back to Costa Rica there wont be any other place to stay but at the IBIS condo's.
