Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature. It is located a short 3-minute drive to downtown Tamarindo and all its amenities, or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way. The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus. Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot. There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A lot of guests also rent golf carts to get around town and explore.

Street parking is available the town is very safe, and the garage is off limits as it holds the owner's vehicles.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

This amazing private villa sleeps up to 9 guests. Located in Playa Langosta and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Playa Tamarindo and all its amenities is only a 3 minute drive from the home. On the first floor you will find the chefs kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for your convenience. The dining room has a beautiful hand-crafted Guanacaste wood table for up to 10 guests. The living room has two large sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of un in the sun. The laundry room is in the hallway next to the large staircase that leads to the second floor. Sliding glass doors lead to the private swimming pool and outdoor pergola with a comfortable sitting area and outdoor dining table. One master bedroom is located downstairs, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and a very spacious bathroom with its own private patio with direct access to the pool.

On the second floor you will find another master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, flat screen TV and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. The patio is shared with the third bedroom. This bedroom has a large bunk bed that has a twin and a queen mattress that accommodates 3 adults. The 4th bedroom is separated from the main house and is located at the entrance to the property. It has a queen size bed, full en suite bathroom, office desk, A\C, ceiling fan and is also equipped with an alarm system. This bedroom does not have a TV.
