Casa Bendita è stata la casa preferita dai nostri clienti per molti anni. I proprietari hanno aggiornato la proprietà e quindi hanno deciso di averla solo per uso privato. A partire da agosto 2019, hanno deciso di ricominciare il noleggio, tutti gli aggiornamenti sembrano belli e siamo sicuri che qui trascorrerai la vacanza perfetta. Il nostro team di concierge presso RPM si assicurerà di aiutare con qualsiasi trasporto, tour / attività e sarà disponibile se hai bisogno di aiuto o hai domande.

Casa Bendita si trova sulla spiaggia di Langosta, a meno di 1,6 km da Tamarindo. Questa elegante casa con 4 camere da letto definisce il lusso. Immagina di goderti le tue giornate crogiolandoti al sole, rilassandoti sotto il rancho riparato sul tuo ponte privato, affacciato sulla splendida Playa Langosta, mentre l'Oceano Pacifico si infrange contro la spiaggia, a pochi passi sotto. Con la sua posizione, servizi e attenzione ai dettagli, questa villa cattura l'essenza della vita da spiaggia costaricana.

Il paesaggio tropicale, le porte e gli armadi in legno massiccio, le fontane in pietra pressofusa, i ventilatori a soffitto, la cucina personalizzata e i soffitti con travi a vista in legno sono davvero lussuosi. Non importa dove ti trovi nella villa, hai una vista su un giardino, sull'oceano o su entrambi. Un paradiso di esperienze visive, porta davvero i tropici al chiuso.

Entrando nella casa si incontra un giardino tropicale con fontane in pietra e piscine tropicali. Tre delle ville quattro camere da letto si aprono sul giardino. Tutte e tre le camere hanno un bagno completo e doccia che si aprono su un giardino interno. La camera da letto principale si apre sulla piscina e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla piscina e sull'oceano. Con quattro camere da letto e sei bagni, la villa può ospitare comodamente otto persone.

La cucina progettata su misura è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici all'avanguardia. La camera familiare, la cucina e la sala da pranzo fanno parte di una grande sala che si apre sul ponte e sulla piscina. La zona pranzo esterna coperta sul ponte ha una griglia a gas, frigorifero e lavandino prep. La villa è completamente climatizzata.

The views and pool area are fantastic, we sat outside all the time and just took it all in. The house has some upkeep issues, but it is a rental so keep that in mind. The other weird thing was that beach goers use the rear portion of the property for lounging, several evenings there were people outside until well after dark. Overall, we had a nice trip.

5 stars BUT:Beautiful oceanfront house and location. Some issues.1. Each individual room needs a lock so that when you leave the room, it's fully locked. There is increasing crime in Tamarindo and Langosta, and this is a must. 2 of the other houses I stayed in built by the exact same builder had external locks to protect the rooms. This is a cheap, necessary addition 2. Before I rent this house again, I'm going to make sure all of the mini split ACs' filters are cleaned and the condensate lines are drained. The air in 3 of the bedrooms was musty at times--which is a separate issue from Costa Rica's humidity--and this would easily fixed by weekly cleaning of the mini splits 3. There were multiple small issues which indicated a lack of a quality check prior to our check in. The mini split in the kitchen was malfunctioning, one of the dressers in the rooms was totally out of level which caused the drawers to remain open, and the bed in one of the bedrooms was falling off the frame. That same bed was made up of 2 doubles that were not well joined and uncomfortable to sleep on. For this price, the house needs to be flawless.4. The listing mentions "parking available", which is true, but the listing should really say "no garage parking". Every other house I've stayed in in Langosta had at least a 1 car garage. This house has a 2 car garage but the owners' vehicles are occupying the garage. Although we parked in the driveway, it was still a pretty big disappointment.

We had an amazing time Casa Bendita!It was my husband and me, our two teenage boys and my sister and it was perfect. A few highlights… We loved the open air showers! It added a totally tropical vibe… We loved relaxing in the pool and enjoying the back deck sitting area where you could enjoy the ocean view and sound of waves all night and day. The beach… All of the reviews say it but the sunsets are awesome! The stretch of beach this was on was beautiful and quiet! And lots of fun seashells. Location wise… There were plenty of restaurants to walk to and others just a short golf cart drive away in town. We loved Sidebar for an after dinner drink! The house had everything we could have needed. The separate ice maker was a total plus. Also beach towels were provided. The welcome gift with coffee was a nice surprise! Also the concierge was super helpful and got us everything we needed. Do not hesitate to use them! :)From a responsiveness standpoint we only needed help once when we couldn’t figure out one of the A/C units, and I swear someone was there in under 10 minutes to show us (it was totally our user error!). And once we got them going all of the rooms were very pleasantly cool. We definitely said if we come back next summer we will look to book this same casa!Thank you so much!!

Perfect stay for Our Wedding guests

Our stay at this incredible VRBO was nothing short of unforgettable. It was the perfect setting to host my best friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the beauty of the property. The layout of the home was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed to create a feeling of both openness and tranquility. Every corner of the house felt inviting and full of character, making it a truly special place to gather and relax.One of the highlights for all of us was the view. The pool overlooked the water with a breathtaking, panoramic scene that we never got tired of. We spent hours just soaking it all in—swimming, laughing, and watching the light shift across the horizon. It was the kind of view that instantly melts your stress away.We also really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially on those hotter days. It kept the home comfortable and cool, allowing everyone to sleep and unwind with ease after long days out in the sun.And the fish! The serene flow of fish throughout the property brought a peaceful, almost magical energy to the space. It added so much charm and beauty, and everyone loved it—it was such a unique touch.This home truly brought our group together and gave us memories we’ll be talking about for years. We can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for sharing such an extraordinary space with us!

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE VILLA

This gorgeous Villa was home base for 2 weeks. Family and friends came and went. Road trips to the Volcano and Cloud Forrest were spectacular. Easy travel. Those of us staying back at the villa could not have enjoyed it more. Large. Private. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful pool and of course the Ocean just steps away. Walking the beach during low tide was a daily routine. We never missed a sunset. So many restaurants to choose from and all were excellent. Great service and delicious food. The location provides easy access to everything. We used a rental car. Uber and scooters. All in All we Loved it!!!

Family vacation for all

Stayed with my 60 yr old parents, brother and his wife, my wife and our 5 yr old - plenty of space, even if you switched our 5 yr old with an adult couple. Every room was private with an en-suite. Casa was well cared for and can walk to property management if need be. Everything you need is on site and really thought out/works. Kitchen is large with massive fridge/freezer, ice machine, everything you need. Good working AC in all living spaces. Walk to plenty of restaurants/market. Would definitely stay here again. Gracias!!

Spactular Views

The home was in a great location with awesome views of the Pacific and the western sunsets. With its premium rent and advertised access to the beach, the owners should provide some portable beach chairs and possibly a shade cover. We had to rent them which is not expensive, but involves finding a vendor, picking the chairs up and returning them. Lola and German were most helpful in making plans and solving our various problems. Without them, we would have been at a loss on a number of occasions.

Perfect vacation home!

Perfect vacation home for our party of 7. We loved that 3 of the bedrooms were away from main house for privacy / quiet sleep when needed. The pool was perfection overlooking the ocean, communicating with the property management through the VRBO was easy with quick responses. Overall just the perfect home, we’ll be back at Casa Bendita in two years!

Great time at Casa Bendita

We enjoyed the stay. The RPM team was exceptionally helpful with arranging golf carts, private chef and excursions. The location was great as it was not in the center of town, but was only a golf cart ride away. The house was clean and met every need of our party. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the wonderful pool and views. For the surfers..... the Play Langosta break was about 300 to 400 yards down the beach and was a lot less crowded then in town. Both left and rights that were chest to head high. Overall, great experience.

First Time Stay---But Definitely Not The Last

The welcome gift from the owners was very nice and very much appreciated! The property was exquisite, beyond the photographs! The beach was very close (only steps away), very clean and very pleasant. I love to cook and everything associated with cooking and serving was upscale; down to the place mats, platters, serving utensils, etc. Each suite was very private and individualized. The pool was outstanding and Randy was a great help. The visiting iguanas, racoons, and birds were delightful and not a threat at all. Thank you RPM, Tropical Vacations, Paradise Cart Rental and Vrbo! This is a fantastic environment for all ages!

Amazing Costa Rican Vacation

We stayed here with 3 other couples for a 50th birthday celebration (8 people total). It is a gorgeous home with an unbelievable ocean view. The home is within walking distance of some restaurants, but we rented golf carts to be able to get to Tamarindo shops and restaurants, as well.

Tamarindo family escape

Wonderful location. Definitely get a golf cart and with that you can cruise into town anytime and grab whatever you want from the local stores. Great property, clean rooms, outdoor showers, solid kitchen, wonderful views and direct walk to beach. Gorgeous plants and landscaping and very clean pool. Definitely recommend.

Great Costa Rican get away.

The house worked great for us. There was plenty of room to gather together and nice to have room for people to have private space.. The kitchen was well equipped but we went out most evenings. In hindsight, we should have taken advantage fee grocery delivery. The only thing that I would say to improve would be to have a couple of inexpensive beach chairs to take down to the beach. Beautiful property with a beautiful view

Casa Bendita was all we could have hoped for in lodging on our first trip to Costa Rica. Located in a very quiet area, the rooms were very spacious with their en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The courtyard and water features were charming. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and the living room was perfect for lounging and game night. And finally, the outdoor deck and infinity pool overlooking the Pacifica Ocean was simply perfect. We cannot recommend this property enough.
