Questo 3 camere da letto / 3 splendidamente rinnovato e adatto alle famiglie. 5 case vacanza con bagno si trovano nel centro di Tamarindo. Ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa in un ambiente confortevole, tranquillo e rilassato, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai negozi di alimentari, dallo shopping e da tutti i ristoranti. La piscina comune è proprio fuori dalla porta principale e ci sono ampie sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole o leggere all'ombra. Questa residenza ha una cucina completamente attrezzata e rinnovata con frigorifero, fornelli elettrici, forno a microonde, grande dispensa per la conservazione e ha costruito in sala da pranzo. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare a casa. Ci sono 3 camere da letto separate, ognuna con il proprio bagno, per dormire 6 in totale. Le due camere da letto di secondo livello hanno una regina in una stanza e due gemelli nell'altra camera da letto che possono anche essere impostate come re se necessario. La camera da letto principale al terzo piano è spaziosa e ha anche un letto matrimoniale. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono di altissima qualità e sono nuovi di zecca quest'anno. Il condominio è ideale per 3 coppie o una famiglia.

Villa Verde I # 5 è proprio in fondo alla strada dalla meravigliosa griglia argentina e ha anche un piccolo supermercato a soli 3 isolati in fondo alla strada. Ci sono molti altri bar e ristoranti a Tamarindo, con oltre 40 diversi ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti. Questa casa vacanza a Tamarindo è lo spazio perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per coppie e famiglie numerose. La casa è abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia da non aver bisogno di un veicolo. Noleggiare biciclette, golf cart o dune buggy è un'attività divertente ed è un ottimo modo per girare per la città nel centro di Tamarindo ed esplorare la zona. Vicino al condominio ci sono ottimi sentieri per passeggiare e trovare scimmie, uccelli, iguane e altro per gli amanti della natura. Il gestore della proprietà abita qui a tempo pieno proprio in fondo alla strada e può aiutare a prendere accordi per trasporti, escursioni, noleggio auto, ecc. E parla fluentemente inglese e spagnolo.

The listing was exactly as expected if not better!! This location is absolutely acperfect walk to the beach. The pool was beautiful, the host was very helpful and responded to questions right away. We would stay here again without question. The gated community was private and quiet. So so so lovely!! W head the best time.

After 10+ years coming to Tamarindo, this was our first stay at this townhome and we had an excellent experience. The place has been updated and everything was in great condition. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

The property was nice and was accurate in the description. It was easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There were 3 bedrooms with private baths in each bedroom. The bathrooms were cleaned well but the windows in the bathrooms and the laundry room looked like they had not been washed or opened since the place was built. However, the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. Check in did not go well. We stayed in another VRBO for the week before our checkin at this place. We had to check out by 10:00 am from that place and could not check into this property until 3:00. I asked the manager if we could leave our luggage inside and we could go to lunch or to town. She said we could not and suggested that we store our luggage in our vehicle. We are an 80 year old couple and did not even have any vehicle. We certainly could not pull our bags on the streets in Tamarindo because of the very poor condition of many streets and absence of sidewalks. We used a taxi to get from one rental to the next. We asked the cleaners if we could put our luggage on the deck by the door and we sat at the pool to watch our luggage. That seems to have upset either the cleaners or the manager of the property. We didn't mean to cause trouble but I guess we did. Also if you stay there be sure to bring your own bar soap and shampoo or you will be looking for it at the stores. It was a bit hard to find as many stores were closed the day of our check in.

My family of six (kids ages 14-22) stayed here while in tamarindo. It was a short walk to a great spot on the beach and good restaurants. We would stay here again.

This unit is one of about 16 situated around a courtyard. It’s super close to the beach and everything in town. The place is nice, but not very updated. It’s convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit. We noticed ants in the upper bedrooms. This may have had something to do with the pools construction, but our friends live in the same condo and were not having an ant problem. Communication with the manager was slower than expected.

Fantastic accommodation. Exactly as pictured. Location is amazing. Really close walk to the best part of the beach. Restaurants and shops also close by. Good for 4 people but would be tight for 6 in the living room / kitchen area Loved the beach chairs, abundant towels and all the essentials you need (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel etc). We made good use of the blender for home made smoothies with all the great fresh fruit! Public areas of the condo were well maintained and the pool was very clean. Jennifer was very responsive and arranged for airport transportation which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

This spot was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, close to town and the beach and also quiet. We felt secure with the locking gates, friendly groundskeepers, and evening security guards posted. The condo had everything we needed as advertised. We suffered on the top floor the first few nights because the AC wasn’t cool enough but when I reached out the property manager fixed it…I had assumed the small unit just couldn’t keep up, that was not the case and they got it working. The only other thing I didn’t mention to her was that the kitchen had hot water but the showers all had lukewarm to cool water and we couldn’t get hot water. I didn’t ding the place because I didn’t mention it during the stay…we just took very cool showers every day. I would stay here again and recommend it for other families.

This place looks even better in real life. The huge master suite on the top floor is great and we loved the balcony! It's nicely appointed with terrific space for all and feels private because of perfectly located trees in the middle of the property. Jennifer was a great host and extremely responsive to questions. Thanks! Location is perfect with short walk to the beach, but without the noise and traffic of main drag.

I booked this place after I cancelled another property and so glad I did! It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, 3 grocery stores, and right near the downtown area of Tamarindo. The gorgeous pool is about 10 steps away and perfect for sunbathing, meeting neighbors and taking a morning or evening dip in the pool. There is a gate outside the units with a guard all day and night it appeared so it felt very safe. Jennifer was great in responding to any questions I had and was easy to get a hold of. There is a full kitchen, 4 bathrooms with 3 showers and 3 bedrooms, great for groups. The upstairs master bedroom is huge!! That bathroom is super nice with two sinks and a big shower. There are a lot of stairs to get to the top, but it's worth it. The two balcony's facing the pool on the second and third floors were super nice and good to get fresh air. I would highly recommend this place and had a great experience!
