Fronte oceano mozzafiato, condominio unità terminale: spazioso, concetto aperto, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e mezzo. [1 re, 5 gemelli o 2 re 3 gemelli]. A pochi passi da grandi spiagge per il nuoto e il surf. Goditi una nuotata in una grande piscina a sfioro con vista sull'oceano. Due splendidi ponti privati per ammirare i meravigliosi tramonti e tramonti del sole. Il ponte di livello principale è coperto e arredato con tavolo da pranzo e mobili da salotto. La terrazza sul tetto è metà coperta e metà all'aperto, arredata con mobili da salotto, bar Tiki, TV e barbecue.
Bellissimi mobili in legno dentro e fuori il condominio creato da artigiani locali. Ampio soggiorno con 13 piedi soffitti, componibile in pelle Natuzzi e grande Smart TV. Internet, aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato con soffione a pioggia e porte in vetro. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Pavimenti in travertino in tutto il condominio. Servizio di pulizia, entrata senza chiave e guardia di sicurezza 24 ore. Ristoranti e negozi di alimentari a pochi passi in questo tranquillo quartiere. Situato a pochi minuti dal centro di Tamarindo. Non sono ammessi animali. Vietato fumare

Home is outfitted with most necessities. Views are wonderful. Pool is great for swimming. I would ask they put more than one tiny shampoo/conditioner in each bath, something i actually complained about the last vi s it..

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo

My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Exceeded expectations

We really were impressed with our penthouse suite. 2 huge patios overlooking the ocean, 3 dining areas, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would return. Check in was a little confusing and we had to message a few times for directions (like how to use the keypad. Was not intuitive). But got quick response. Security guard was very nice. One odd thing was cleaning lady came to our room and begin cleaning while we were still inside at 9am! Our checkout was 10. That was unusual but fine. I think language confusion over her doing that maybe.

Wonderful!

Absolutely gorgeous! The view of the semi private beach is amazing. You walk right to it. It felt VERY safe with a 24 hour guard and immediate responses from the management company. Our place was ready for us when we got there and sparkling clean. The air conditioners worked beautifully in every room and we were always comfortable. They even help arrange a golf cart for us for our stay and had it dropped off and picked up. It is extremely well stocked. The washer and dryer were amazing to have as well as the plethora of towels provided It was very nice to be super close enough to town but far enough away to get out of the crazy. It was a very short golf ride in and back walking distance to several restaurants as well as a few convenience stores. It was very quiet at night and we were able to get great rest for the next day. Amazing pizza /pasta place just across the street to the right. And Fish and Cheeses is just to your left (also good but we like the other one better). Management was extremely easy to get a hold of. Immediate responses for everything. 5 star all the way!!

Incredible property with incredible views!

This place is a true home - on top of the great views, the kitchen and living space is equipped with practically everything you need. The building is managed well and safely, and the top deck is just to die for. Would come back for sure!

The property was truly 5 star as well as the concierge support from Romi. Great communication via email and WhatsApp, very responsive. The property has 24/7 security to let you in the gated parking / property access. The unit is very well appointed with appliances and furniture. The covered deck and rooftop deck were both used regularly and are very enjoyable spaces. We had a guest chef and everything needed to cook and clean was provided. The included water dispenser and ice machine was also much appreciated. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and had their own bathroom.

Wonderful

Nice property. Photos show everything you need to know, no surprises. Pretty sure very few properties in the area will have as nice a view of the ocean. Pool quiet and nice. Well maintained property grounds, safe and secure. Beach access fantastic, 30-40 min beach walk to Tamarindo main area around the point at all the highest tide (never walked in on road). 4 nice eateries within 5 min walk from condo. Small supermarket with essentials 2 min walk. Building a house next door, not noisy when we were there which looks like it will be in progress for a while. Didn’t find it an issue.

One of the best properties in this area. Great management team with Five Star Tamarindo (Romi was our concierge). Great property spacious room is completely furnished. Lots of little amenities. Well appointed. Pool and ocean right out front! Very secure property 24/7. Friendly, professional, polite, and accommodated every request. Very attentive and responsive management. Very attractive property.

Pura Vida

Great property, amazing views, right on the beach. The upstairs terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunsets. Mario, Romi and everyone at Five Star was very nice and always available to help with restaurants, sightseeing tours, boat rentals, etc. Gracias. Pura vida!

Just like home...but with a beach

This condo has everything you need, is updated and roomy. They truly have thought of everything. There are 2 great outdoor spaces. The upper patio is best at night when the sun goes down and breeze starts, and the stars are amazing. The main floor patio works best for morning coffee, Before the heat of the day. The pool was never crowded and great for lap swims. Only complaint was the noisy reroofing going on including a difficult parking situation due to scaffolds and tiles in all directions. To be fair, management stopped roof work once we complained. The views are amazing!!!

Simply an Amazing Property!!

Our stay at Playa Langosta exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions. They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. We spent our evenings listening to the ocean and looking at the stars. We highly recommend!!! We can't wait to go back!!

Lovely place to stay.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It is a beautiful place to stay with two outdoor decks, both of which have incredible views. Management was helpful and very easy to work with. We are already talking about our next trip there, and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Awesome location and amenities

Our family of 4 just spent 3 nights at this property and can't say enough about our stay. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed from an amenities standpoint. The location can't be beat and we enjoyed time in the pool and at the beach during low tide. As others have stated Fish and Cheese was great but our biggest surprise was the Bistro Langosta. We missed breakfast but the lunch was fantastic. Probably our favorite restaurant in Tamarindo and easy walking distance from the property. All-in-all a great stay even with the rain that would come through. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Rental!

We had a great experience with the condominium. Ana, from Five Star Rentals, was super helpful and friendly. The terraces look out over the reef breaks of Playa Langosta, and it's a short walk to the estuary where the paddle out is. The complex is clean and well maintained and is just a short drive from the restaurants and bars of Tamarindo. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the condo has everything you'd need for your trip. I'll be going back again!
