Relax and unwind in this cozy, thoughtfully furnished home designed for your ultimate comfort. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac with peaceful private golf course views, this retreat offers all the comforts of home—and a few extra touches to make your stay special.



The living area features two reclining sofas, an accent chair, and a Samsung 65" Smart TV with streaming access, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A sliding glass door opens to the inviting lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.



The dining area offers a beautiful table with seating for six, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen island—great for family meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook as much (or as little!) as you like, including a toaster, blender, Keurig pod & drip coffee maker, and more.



Downstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a twin and full-size bed and a large closet for convenient storage. The full bathroom on this level features a tub/shower combo and is conveniently located near the kitchen.



Upstairs, the primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Samsung 50" TV with Firestick streaming, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own private balcony, with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) just steps away.
