The living room opens straight onto the 8-seat dining table and the kitchen, so the group gathers in one space around the L-shaped couch and smart TV. Out back is a large, fully fenced yard with a grill and room to spread out. Three bedrooms share one full bathroom, and everything inside was renovated and furnished new for guests.

★ Pool: there is no pool at this home.
★ Bathrooms & beds: a king room, a bunk-and-double room and a double-bunk room share one full bathroom for up to 8 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
