Benvenuti nella nostra casa vacanze. Questa splendida casa è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situata a Apollo Beach e sarà la destinazione perfetta per voi e la vostra famiglia o il vostro e il vostro altro significativo. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con caratteristiche aggiornate, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una piscina di acqua salata chiusa che si può godere e una schermata nel patio.

Svegliatevi per vedere il pesce che salta, i delfini che nuotano e i lamantini dall'acqua vista sul retro della casa. Quattro camere si aprono sull'area della piscina e portano all'esterno la vita all'aperto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e bagno privato con TV 32 ". La master suite ha una porta scorrevole che conduce alla piscina.
La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e si affaccia sull'acqua. La terza camera da letto ha un letto a castello in cima e il letto pieno sul fondo e conduce alla piscina da un lato e una vista sull'acqua dall'altro. Questa camera dispone anche di una TV da 32 "nella camera da letto con un lettore DVD. Queste due camere sul retro hanno un bagno privato con ripiani in granito e possono essere chiuse per la privacy.

La sala da pranzo e il soggiorno hanno doppie porte finestre che si aprono sull'area della piscina e una vista sull'acqua dietro di esso. C'è
una TV a schermo piatto da 60 "nel soggiorno.

Ti piace cucinare? Amerai la cucina che ha ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio aggiornato, sistema di acqua filtrata e una vista della piscina pure.

Ti piace nuotare? Goditi splendide albe e tramonti nella piscina riscaldata. La piscina come luce a LED che può cambiare i colori per adattarsi a qualsiasi stato d'animo.

Canottaggio
Sei a soli 15 minuti dalla baia. Tampa Bay è dove si può pescare, nuotare, controllare i delfini, semplicemente uscire o vedere una vista d'acqua di St. Petersburg e Tampa.

Divertimento
Sappiamo che devi rimanere connesso, quindi includiamo il cavo e il wifi e il netflix veloci per il tuo divertimento. Disponiamo anche di una videoteca, libreria di libri e giochi!

Apollo Beach è una comunità tranquilla e accogliente sul lungomare. Tu e la tua famiglia potete imbarcarvi tutto l'anno, pescare e stare fuori. Il campo da golf Apollo Beach è a meno di un miglio di distanza e puoi vedere il percorso da davanti alla casa.

Ami le spiagge? Avrai difficoltà a lasciare casa ma se lo fai, è a breve distanza da Clearwater Beach che è stata nominata la spiaggia numero 1 negli Stati Uniti da TripAdvisor. Potresti anche voler controllare St. Pete Beach, così tante spiagge tra cui scegliere!

The property was wonderful! It was our second time staying here, and we would stay again in the future. Property managers are friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, and having the pool was very fun.

The house, pool and patio area were outstanding. Well equipped kitchen and very nice appliances. Great water access for kayaking, if we were younger. Would love to bring my teenage grandchildren there some day. Very convenient location for restaurants, airport, major roadways, shopping, and golf. Host, Rich, was very friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful. Hope to return for another stay in the future.

We loved the pool area and being right on the canal - such a nice set up for enjoying the outdoors. There were some issues this year caused by recent hurricanes, but the owners were great to work with and all should be back to normal as I am writing this review. The house is very comfortable and well lmaintained. We will definitely be back.

The VRBO was very beautiful and well equipped. The hosts covered the bases in multiple areas. Paddle boards, kayaks and fishing gear were available for use. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for long-term cooking with crock pots, cast iron skillets, blender, etc. Very nice accessories. The heated pool was awesome and enjoyable. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. a couple of problems occurred with the pool but they were handled promptly and professionally. We were in contact with the hosts and they were very nice people who seemed seem very sincere and dedicated to making your stay with them as great as possible. I don't think that anyone would regret renting this property!

Everything was nice except the repairing construction of the sea wall. The property was damaged by the last 2 hurricanes. We were unable to use the yard and dock for fishing. Other than that the host Rich responded quicky to our needs and was a very nice person.

We had a great time. The house was centrally located to go between Tampa and the beach. We enjoyed cooking and eating out in the lanai even though we came at a very hot time of the year. The pool was very nice to keep us cool. We didn’t have time to do all the water sports but it was nice to have all the stuff to do it. We had a great trip!

Amazing home with plenty of amenities. Very clean and spacious. Our family of five, counting Baxter, our corgi pup had plenty of room and comfort. The entire complex is extremely accommodating. The dockside fishing on the canal was great for leisurely casting a couple of lines, watching dolphins and fish jumping. We also caught blue crab and catfish. The pool was warm and inviting and the lanai was very helpful with the FL bugs. Plenty of patio furniture for meals or simply relaxing. The TV entertainment was outstanding as well. We also loved the neighborhood park, which has tons of family and pet-friendly activities and lights at night. The house is also centrally located to all sorts of wonderful beaches, coastal communities and parks for sightseeing or gator watching. All in all, we loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Thanks very much for the opportunity.

The home was very nice however when we arrived we saw that the kitchen wasn't cleaned,nthe Stove and refrigerator were filthy to a point where we had to clean them before use. We found the pots and pans were also full of grease and had to be washed before use. The sectional couch in the great room needs to be replaced when you sit down you go to the floor. The bunk bed mattress is also shot. They did replace the coffee maker as it was so dirty we wouldn't use it. The biggest issue with this rental was the owner and the wifi thermostat. We stayed at this home in mid January and so some days were hot and some were cold so we needed to use Heat and a/c. The owner managed the thermostat remotely and programmed it so it would only give us a temperature range that they wanted so On colder or warmer days I had to txt them and ask for the heat or ac settings to be changed. This sucked. I never heard of that before. The very 1st day I asked the owner to let me control the thermostat but that didn't happen. I'm not sure why this was. So we spent 2 weeks depending on the owner to give us heat or a/c. Won't go back.

Our family stayed from Dec 27, 2023-Jan 5,2024. We chose this place mainly because we wanted a low key vacation in this area. We have a friend who lives about 20 min from here. We wanted a place with a pool and easy access to fishing. This property gave exactly that! The pool was heated and my son loved fishing off the dock and catching crabs. We were able to cook a couple crabs and fish. Everything we needed was included. We loved that a washer and dryer was available also. It was nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes! The hostess was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Neighbors and neighborhood were great. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Apollo beach is a good getaway for the low key folks. We enjoyed our rental house with pool. Quiet nights and sun by day. Traveled to Tamp several days and experienced Ybor city. This place was great. Reminds us of Key West, Duvall street. Also visited the aquarium and the boardwalk which were awesome. Traveled to Sarasota and had lunch at marina. Great relaxing time. Thanks to Josh for assisting us. He was a great neighbor and very nice.

The house was perfect the pool was a HUGE plus and so was the boat dock. We took our boat fished in the morning and evenings and swam in the pool in between. The neighbors were great and Josh was very helpful with anything we needed. We will consider staying again. Thank you!

Nice clean house on the canal. It was perfect for my family of seven, plenty of room. Went kayaking and fished off the dock. Rented a boat one day, went to beer can island which was awesome! It was nice to be able to pull the boat up to the house to drop off my family members burnt out from the sun. (They do have a boat lift if you plan on having a boat for multiple days, we didn't use it). Great pool, just had to have the manager who lived next door turn on the heater. If you like pool games/floats make sure you bring your own. Definitely don’t forget your sunscreen and bug spray! Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our two weeks in this lovely home. The pool was warm and inviting and the canal was fun to watch the dolphins swim by. The managers were neighbors and very friendly and kind.❤️ Back to snow now but dreaming of Apollo Beach.

House was as described in the listing, and the pool/lanai was lovely, with both sun and shade available all day. Property manager and owners were responsive when we needed them for some minor maintenance issues. Kitchen had a good mix of cooking utensils, as well as a spice rack. We very much enjoyed the property, and definitely recommend it.
