Relaxing townhome with pool and lake

Prepare for a quiet, relaxing, and extremely comfortable stay. This beautifully updated townhouse has a pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, propane BBQ grill, private parking, and entertainment center room. The house is located in a quiet and nature-filled community with a pool overlooking a large lake. Situated in a very central location close to USF, Moffitt, and Busch gardens while only an hour's drive from beautiful beaches and theme parks in Orlando.
The space
This home is made unique by the lake, artisan granite, comfortable beds and bedding, and a home theater room. The home theater room features an Xbox One system with a large speaker system and a 100 inch projected screen. What really differentiates this listing from similar ones is the focus on comfort and home-like accommodations. Beds, bedding, towels, etc. are all high quality as they can sometimes be skipped to cut costs. My goal was to create a space where anyone could enjoy high-end comforts and great entertainment at an affordable price.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms including a home theater room with a projector, Xbox One (blue ray player), select games, Sling TV, and sound system. Also includes reserved parking for two cars.
Other things to note
All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is large with private vanity and attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms are smaller without an attached bathroom. There is access from the hall to the master bath and there is another full bathroom downstairs.
We generally only supply one full roll of high-end toilet paper per bathroom. Please plan accordingly for longer stays.
