Il pesce persico sul fiume Hillsborough è un grande monolocale con un enorme balcone al secondo piano di una casa su due piani a due piani che si affaccia sul fiume Hillsborough. Sei tra gli alberi che si affacciano sul bellissimo fiume Hillsborough e sul centro di Tampa.
L'appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato e allestito per prendere case vacanze a partire dal 4 gennaio 2017!

Il nostro fantastico balcone con vista sul centro di Tampa e sul fiume Hillsborough è il luogo perfetto per distendersi e rilassarsi.
L'appartamento dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno completo, letto matrimoniale e una zona soggiorno con divano che può trasformarsi in un letto singolo. Per soggiorni più lunghi, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice per gli ospiti.

Cammina accanto a Rick's sul fiume Marina, dove puoi prendere il Pirate Water Taxi che ti porterà lungo il fiume fino al centro di Tampa e al Tampa Riverwalk. Amerai tutti i grandi ristoranti, la vita notturna, i musei e i parchi che sono tutti a un bel giro in barca!

La casa si trova su un composto sul fiume che è condiviso con altre due case vacanza (ID proprietà # 801363 e ID proprietà # 642448). Tutte e tre le case possono essere affittate insieme se hai un grande gruppo di 10 persone.

Ogni casa vacanza ha il suo ingresso ed è completamente privata, c'è un parcheggio privato in comune con molto spazio per le vostre auto.

Lo studio è al centro di tutto ciò che Tampa ha da offrire: il centro di Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena, il Tampa Convention Center, South Tampa, Busch Gardens e Raymond James Stadium sono tutti a 10 minuti di auto da casa. Vuoi fare una gita di un giorno nelle nostre famose spiagge del Golfo? 45 minuti dalla casa sono spiagge premiate come Ft Desoto Beach e Clearwater Beach.

A pochi passi dal Perch si trova il porto turistico di Rick's on the River, un ristorante sul lungomare con banchine per l'imbarco sul Pirate Water Taxi che può portarti in un tour del fiume e verso vari bar e ristoranti lungo la strada.

L'appartamento ha anche una nuovissima smart tv a grande schermo in modo da poter accedere direttamente ai tuoi account Netflix, Amazon Prime o Hulu. Ha anche WIFI e cavo di base. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutti i comfort da casa quando si è in vacanza!

River View

First, the view from the second floor deck down the river is beautiful. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The AC works great and keeps the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed. The interior of the unit is bright and airy with lots of windows letting in the light.We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend stay

We were in town for a concert. The apartment is exactly as the pictures online show. Views are amazing. The owner was gracious and quick to answer our questions. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

View of Downtown Tampa on the River

The property was clean, accurate as described in photos and secure with a functioning electric gate to the parking spaces. The view of downtown was absolutely beautiful; the neighborhood was a 6 out of 10 and all equipment worked as expected. The only negative thing to be said was the strong musty smell inside the unit which necessitated us leaving the door open whenever we were in the unit, excluding nighttime of course.

Riverside Private Gem

Can't say enough about this hidden gem. Elevated deck above the river, large interior space with good layout, full kitchen, private parking, gorgeous views of downtown skyline day and night, sounds of seagulls and the river, clean and private - a magical place for my stays for my work trips to Tampa!

One week on the river

The Perch had a large deck, where we spent most of our time while at the unit. The view from there of the city and activity on the river was delightful. On the one evening when storming, we could still appreciate the Perch because of at least 11 windows giving us a 360 degree bird’s eye view. The only thing that would have been nice is motion detector lights on the steps up to get to the deck and second floor entrance. We are already looking forward to another future stay at the Perch.

We love this place this was our third stay at the perch in three year

This was our third stay at The Perch in 3 years. We really love this property. It is charming and we love the deck and the great view of downtown Tampa, as well as watching the boat activity on the river. The property is always well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood around The Perch is quite run down but all of the homes on the river are very nice and gated. We have never felt unsafe. There are a lot of steps to climb to get to the Perch but it is worth it. Also, it is a short, easy drive to the airport, which is helpful. The owner has always been responsive and helpful.

Beautiful

Beautiful little spot! Has a wonderful view from the porch! Easy to get in and out with good parking. The bed is a little old but the room made up for it! We absolutely enjoyed feeding the ducks and seeing all kinds of birds! We will be staying again.

It was awesome!

What a perfect cottage for two! The view was beautiful and we had the best time! We were there for a George Strait concert and enjoyed Ulele and Armature Works. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!♥️

Cutest house on the River

Such a relaxing stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch especially in the mornings and evenings. The view of the river and Tampa skyline is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property. Lauren is very responsive with any questions. We will definitely be back! I miss it already.

Decent stay for the price

The view was beautiful and the unit was decent. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 so had to go buy some more. Bath towels are old, worn out and should be replaced. The people renting the other units on the property had a party. There was no parking available when I arrived and my sons car got blocked in from the party goers. Party was a little loud until midnight. Found a few ants in the bathroom and one on the bed on the day of our departure.

Beautiful view & very close to everything!!

My boyfriend & I had a wonderful time staying here, it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The view is beautiful & we enjoyed sitting outside everyday watching all the boats go by! Lauren was very friendly & even was nice enough to say we could check in earlier if we liked since the rental was already ready for us. The neighborhood right by the rental is not the best but the property is gated so we still felt very safe staying there. It was also very close to downtown, Armature Works, the airport, among many other fun places to visit in the area which was great!
