Kitchen was missing a few things like a cutting board and the knife selection minimal for cooking. Overall the place was super clean. The mattresses were hard as a rock though. Would recommend pad or something. Would recommend this rental

Overall not bad. It was a clean house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. However, the backyard didn't quite match the picture, as much of the grass was gone and several weeds had popped up. The bed listing is a little off as well. The third bedroom has two twin beds, instead of a twin bed and a queen bed, as listed on Vrbo.

This house is quite lovely inside and out. The patio with table and 6 chairs was put to good use during our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and neighbors are friendly.We had to purchase toilet tissue while there as two rolls for four adults was not enough for our four night stay. Would have appreciated another tall kitchen garbage bag, and a second kitchen drying towel.The host was in contact with us during our stay, explaining that there will be workers on the property, giving the expected time of their arrival.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this lovely home in the future.

I was extremely put off by the fact that there was a large construction project going on that was undisclosed until the day of check-in. The right thing to do would’ve been for the host to let us know ahead of time. We rented this place because of the appeal of the outdoor spaces which were completely unavailable due to the project. Came off as dishonest.

Great location on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. Caught a few fish. Plenty of room in kitchen/living space and beds very comfortable.Host very responsive.

Beautiful view

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property. The house is spacious and very clean. The mattresses are on the firm side. The location is very convenient to everything. The dock was our favorite part. Very serene and you could fish right off the dock.

We enjoyed the location, spacious rooms and loved looking out on the back deck! Beds were comfortable. Hope to stay again if our travels bring us back to Tampa area!

We had a wonderful time

This house was clean and well organized with extra linens and bedding. There is a washer and dryer available for use. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the kayaks which were available due to our schedule, but it was great to have the option. We loved sitting out back and enjoying the sunsets. We even saw a dolphin in the canal!!! We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the Manatee Viewing Center just a few minutes away from the house. Mark was super responsive when we had a concern while we were staying there.

Wonderful home away from home

The house was clean, cozy and big! They have everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Outback is a dock where you can fish or just watch the sun setting. We used their grill and had some family members come over for dinner. All the stores are conveniently nearby. Our flight got in sooner than expected and Mark was so kind to let us in a few hours ahead. We would definitely stay here again.

Your Own Little Piece of Waterfront Bliss

My family (my husband and me and three young adult children) spent a week in this house while we visited family in Florida. The home had apparently flooded during the hurricanes and the flooring had been recently replaced. I noticed all the furniture is different from the online photos so maybe the furniture was damaged as well but everything int he home was beautiful and in great condition. Very nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Reclining sofas in the family room that we seriously wanted to take home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the little dock, fishing from it at night and it was so peaceful to sit out there in the morning. We had a few family members over for my brother's 80th birthday and used the barbecue and it was a great place for the family to gather. The owner was extremely responsible to a minor issue we had. Everything about the house and our stay there was wonderful.

Great location and comfortable living space

This waterfront home with an attractive floor plan makes a great base for family activities. The area was hit with two hurricanes in October; we were impressed with the level of restoration that has been done in 2 months. Mark was very responsive to our questions.
