It features a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, blackout curtains, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with an easy-access walk-in shower, a sitting bench, and a body spray shower head with a hand sprayer. Plenty of nooks for personal items are built into the tiled shower.

Things to Know
Parking for four cars: Two in the driveway and two on the street.
No parties are allowed; a 6-night minimum stay is required.
Canoe and paddleboards are provided with signed Release of Liability forms.
Guests have access to the dock for fishing and sunbathing.
Pool maintenance and landscapers come on the same day to limit any disruptions.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Security cameras are in place facing the dock and boat lift, along with a Ring doorbell camera for added peace of mind.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
