"I booked last minute, and when I arrived, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to realize it was the hospital hotel. However, as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and managed to calm me down, especially since I was a bit brusque at first, questioning why it wasn’t mentioned that it was a hospital hotel. That said, I’m quite a curious person, and despite not being the ideal choice, it was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was perfect in my opinion, with a great variety of options, from savory items like sausages and potatoes to cold cuts, and even delicious pancakes with Nutella or jam. There were also cookies and coffee available, so I was really satisfied with the breakfast. Additionally, in the evening, there’s a buffet from 4 PM to 6:30 PM for just 15 euros, which offers a variety of dishes you’d probably struggle to find elsewhere in the city. The only downside is that it’s not in the city center, so if you want to be in the heart of the city without taking a bus, this might not be the best choice."

"Really beautiful hotel in the city center close to the river. I would have prefered a view on the river. A bit of strong smell from the toilet but nothing so dramatic. Staff very friendly and polite. "

"L'hotel è OK, ottima posizione in città. Le camere sono comode e mediamente spaziose, ottima connessione ad Internet e prima colazione. Unico appunto è la pulizia, migliorabile, ma comunque nessun problema, nonostante un po' di polvere nelle zone meno facilmente accessibili della stanza."

"The redeptuon staff is very kind and helpful, I could even work frim their lounge space on the 3rh floor. Sauna and beeakfast (very good) included in the price. One negative remark: the toilet paper holder is too close to the WC and make easy "procedures" very hard. I even hurted myself when I sit. Something you really need to change guys. Room/apartment quite great, wonderful style and spacious. I will definitely come back next year"

"Hotel in stile scandinavo in zona strategica, molto confortevole, completamente rinnovato con materiali pregiati, pulizia ottima. Unico neo è la scarsa luminosità del ristorante della colazione, errore incredibile per un hotel di questo livello. Sarebbe bastato concepirlo all ultimo piano. Consiglio le stanze con vista sul lago, spettacolare al mattino. "
