The apartment has an open floor plan, meaning you must walk through each room to access the next one. The rooms are separated by sliding doors. It features a mini-split air conditioner that cools the two bedrooms located at the end of the living area. The property features a double-height space with ceiling fans in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The entrance is automated and accessed via a code.

Our property is located across from the Canal de la Cortadura, which connects to Laguna del Carpintero; sightseeing boat tours are commonly offered there.
