“I like everything in the hotel, the view was incredible, except no doorman. When I arrive to the hotel at 7pm Friday there was nobody at the door or vale or anybody in the visible part of the foe. I parked the car in front of the entry to check if I am in correct place. The entry doors are sensing to open less then a feet. So if you are walking fast you may crash in to the doors. However, the hotel is amazing regardless the issues I have mentioned. I would return”

“front staff when we checked in, my breakfast is included. when we walk in to the breakfast, staff members have to call front desk every day. before stay at hotel, requested hair dryer. when we kept use it, started make noises like popcorns inside microwave. my daughter couldn't dry her hair at night. next day informed to staff members and replaced. thank you.”

“Always enjoy staying at Bayview when I visit home. Place is comfortable, facilities are clean. I just wish the bar was open more nights lol.”

“グアム自体、雨季のせいか至る所に虫が発生。ホテル内も小さい茶色い虫が多数這ってました。 紅茶のティーバッグに前の客の食べかす的なものがついたままだったり、2人で宿泊するのにスプーンが一本だったり、アメニティやタオルの補充もEコンシェルジュから頼まないと清掃時に補充はないようでした。 プールの監視員、タオル係などはとても丁寧で優しく声かけて下さいましたが、夜間のチェックイン、チェックアウトの担当者は、外国では当たり前の感じなんでしょうが、ややぶっきらぼうに感じました。 サイパンでも利用してますが、同じクラウンプラザでも、サービスの程度は違うんだなと感じました。”
