朝食は7:00からだが、行くと8:00からだと言われたり、時間に正確ではないので余裕を持った方がいい。周辺にレストランや22:00まで営業している商店があって便利。国立公園のチケットセンターが近い。宿の庭でバードウォッチング出来る。スタッフ皆感じがいい。

Not nearly as beautiful as it looks online!! Breakfast was very patchy and inconsistent- one of our 3 days we were given stale bread rolls and a fried egg only. Everything was comfortable enough but the price is far too high for the quality you get.

Stedet er godt at bruge hvis man vil have en hel dag i nationalparken, Indehaveren var hjertelig og god til engelsk så helt fantastisk . Værelset var dejligt men blot ikke rengjort ordentligt og hele stedet trænger til en make over. Der er Ikke spa eller cykeludlejning og pool var ikke ren så den kunne vi ikke benytte. Havde bestilt 3 overnatninger da vi skulle bruge en dag i parken og en dag ved poolen, men rejste efter 2 dag pool var

Tel quindiqué, pas un excellent séjour mais juste un bon séjour. Nourriture excellente et très fraîche. Chambres et salle de bain propres. Miroirs dans les chambres seraient appréciés. Personnel bien intentionné mais ne parle pas ou peu l'anglais. Cet endroit ne devrait pas être coté *** par Expédia et ceci afin de ne pas créer trop d'attentes. Piscine non fonctionnelle. Très beau décor intérieur d'une maison ancienne.

Wonderful gem of a hotel perfect location 5 stars

i really enjoyed my stay here, the lodge is perfectly located near the ferry where you can cross into the jungle., and enjoy nature at its best. As for the lodge itself my room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Beautful fresh local fruit. The staff were always happy, smiling and helpful. Making my stay here very special and memorable. The lodge owner Ms Phwong was a great help with her local knowledge. She spoke perfect English which was so helpful. I had 8 nights here and enjoyed every minute. I would happily recommend this gem of a hotel. It was everything i could of asked for and more.

Disappointing experience;terrible customer service

Looks amazing in the photos and to be fair the room was comfortable, though not especially clean - particularly the bathroom - and although the beds were clean and comfortable there were holes in the mosquito nets (fortunately we had brought our own). However the biggest disappointment was with the attitude of the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with such a poor attitude to customer service. The staff seemed simply uninterested in our presence; no orientation about the park or local area was given; the hotel had a restaurant and bar but the bar was never open and the restaurant only offered for dinner on one of the two nights of our stay, and only then because I had requested this in advance, when I booked the room. The local village is really quite small and there are few other options - if we hadn’t planned ahead by making our own arrangements for an evening meal with a home stay along the road, I doubt we would have found anything to eat on our second evening. We were truly shocked by the lack of information or interest in making our stay comfortable. A very disappointing experience.

Would not recommend staying here at all. We were literally the only guests staying at this hotel and I’m assuming to save costs, the lights were always shut and nothing was available. In the morning, we had one egg and a bun for breakfast and was left to dine in an empty restaurant. There was not a single person present after cooking and serving us our plat of food. We couldn’t even ask for water or tea refill. The front desk was also extremely unhelpful and incompetent. We are aware cat Tien is inconvenient to get to, and asked about options to leave the hotel to travel to Ho Chi Minh City. We had gone to the jungle for the day and ready to head south. We asked about bus schedules, taxis, private car, what the options were. It was 3:00 pm and they said there are no more buses available. I showed them on the website of another hotel which lists that buses were leaving out of cat Tien every other hour. They made some calls and said they are not available. In the end, I called the other hotel and asked if they could help me arrange transit to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and they promptly arranged a taxi to pick us up, and dropped us off at a location to take the bus to Ho Chi Minh City. The driver even waited with us until the bus arrived! We were so grateful for their service, and so upset at the staff at the cat Tien jungle lodge. This hotel appears to take large international tour groups and we likely stayed during the off season. Would not stay or recommend this place.

I need a refund

앱에서 결재 후 호텔을 방문했으나 호텔 측에서는 호텔스닷컴 예약 확인이 되지 않는다고 합니다. 호텔스닷컴 자체를 모른다고 답해서 다시 다른방을 예약해야만 했습니다. 고객센터에 문의해도 호텔측에서 이 사실을 인정해야지만 환불 받을 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다. 시골이라 가격에 비해 룸은 낡고 비위생적이며 주변 저렴한 숙소와 큰 차이가 없습니다. I visited the hotel after the payment was made on the app, but the hotel said they couldn't confirm the reservation. I had to rebook another room because I heard that I didn't know about Hotelsdot itself. Please note that even if you contact the customer center, you can only get a refund if the hotel acknowledges this fact. Since it is a rural area, the room is old and unsanitary compared to the price, and there is no significant difference from the cheap accommodation nearby.

Directly at the park entrance, it's the perfect location to start your trip to the national park with the stunning wildlife. Also the owner and staff were very caring and helpful to find park tours and many other beautiful trips in the area.

Vieles ist nicht positiv um ehrlich zu sein nur die Lage. Viel zu teuer, für das was man kriegt.. kein Warmwasser, der Pool war leer und das personal an der Reception und auch im Restaurant konnte kein Englisch. Das grosse Frühstück, das angepriesen wurde war praktisch gar nichts. Würde ich für den Preis nicht weiter empfehlen. Liegt aber direkt neben dem Cat tien NP..

Nature Paradise

Our recent stay at Cat Tien Jungle Lodge was an unforgettable experience. The lodge is situated just steps from the Cat Tien ferry and adjacent to the Dong Nai river. It's proximity to the park and river provides excellent bird watching opportunities. The jungle lodge itself offers a great menu with authentic vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices. Personally, I recommend the lemongrass chilli chicken! The lodge provided great service and comfortable cleanliness. Great facility, service, and location all in one.

Cat Tien Jungle Lodge is located just outside Cat Tien National Park. It's a perfect location for excursions into the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the owner of the hotel who happened to be visiting the hotel, made a sincere effort to make sure my stay was enjoyable and accommodating. Daily breakfast buffet included mixture of Western and Vietnamese foods to choose from. My room was clean and quite spacious, with French doors that opened to a patio with an adjacent Koi pond. My only annoyance was my room WIFI was weak and inconsistent. I finally resorted to going to the lobby for a solid WIFI connection. I think my room location may have been a factor (ground floor) because the lobby and restaurant WIFI connection was always strong and consistent. I would not hesitate to stay at Cat Tien Jungle Lodge again.

Hotellet ligger nära nationalparken, gångavstånd till en liten båt. Helt ok hotell. Personalen kändes lite ovana med gäster, men väldigt serviceinriktade.

Great project in Cat Tien

Really really great place! Should be standard visit when in the HCMC area. Cat Tien Jungle Lodge works with the local village to cocreate sustainable tourism. The project being to ensure that the park and its animals are important because they give the locals work, thereby removing the incentive for poaching.

We had a very brief stay at Jungle Lodge. The staff were all very friendly and keen to please. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only 6 guests there the night we stayed, so very quiet. We did an early morning river trip and visited the best sanctuary. Wish we’d been able to stay for longer to explore the National Park at Cat Tien. The Lodge is by no means perfect. The meals we ate were very tasty. Some westerners may find the food offering, particularly breakfast and the way coffee is served, not to their liking. Hint boil the water and serve hot. New poolside furniture needed to make sitting by the pool more appealing. We were driven back to Saigon by the owner, Gary. It was wonderful to hear detailed history of Vietnam en route. He also discussed at length his plans for Jungle Lodge and providing opportunities for the local people, as well as his commitment to wildlife conservation. We wish Gary and his team well.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night before going into the Cat Tien jungle. The hotel seems old, the service was slow and not professional. The food at the restaurant is way too overprice (US$13 for a plate of fried rice, compared to US$5 or less in places like this in Vietnam). I would not recommend this place for the price that we paid (US$60)

Great hotel close to Cat Tien National Park

We went for a weekend to explore the tropical forest in Cat Tien National Park. Hotel is right across the river, conveniently located and our rooms we on the Dong Nai river bank, so great views. Hotel's only been in business for about a year, so there are some improvemenents to make, mainly in the restaurant where waiting times were quite long. Overall it is a good place when you are heading to this part of Vietnam.

Erstklassige Lodge beim Cat Tien Nationalpark

Sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Eigentümer, die sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste stets bemühen. Was uns am meisten beeindruckt hat, ist die Einstellung der Besitzer zur Umwelt (eigenes Abwasser-Klärsystem, obwohl üblicherweise das Abwasser einfach in den nahegelegenen Fluss (National Park!)geleitet wird. Eigene Wasseraufbereitungsanlage (das Hahnenwasser in der Lodge ist trinkbar). Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und sehr ruhig direkt am Fluss des Cat Tien Nationalparks. Die Strasse vor dem Hotel ist eine Stichstrasse, also kein Verkehrslärm. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
