“Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.”

“The room was clean, the breakfast is fine but needs more fresh fruit options, and the two coffee machines are a great addition but one stopped working and there was only one available for everyone, which was not enough at all! Maybe have brewed coffee already made for quick and efficient access.
The hotel staff were great, especially Chloi and Francine, who were exceptional!
Lesette was awful! She was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional! If you encounter Lesette, make sure to ask...

“The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“Every staff member I spoke to especially at the front desk seemed bothered to assist. The hallways and rooms are dirty and there were other guests screaming and carrying on. Banging doors and shouting past midnight and thru the early hours of the morning. Every time I tried to call front desk to ask them to send someone to address the issue…the line was busy…for hours and fast busy like they turned it off.
