On the booking channel you said that you have A restaurant A bar 24h room service WiFi in every room Laundry service Etc But in fact, there is no WiFi No possibility to do laundry or even have you bring it somewhere else to wash it. “Gingel Harmony nos encantó pero me cobraron dos veces (Hotels.com cuando hice la reserva y cuando llegué a Gingel Harmony). El recibo que me dieron en el hotel no era correcto porque era manuscrito (se había acabado el rollo del datáfono) y no llevaba mis datos.
