“First of all, the condo was what we saw online, very nice condo, it was enough for all of us (8 pax) free toiletries and there were enough towels for everyone. “The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.”
