“service is quite bad. we checked in late as we came in from another trip. our bags were brought up 1 hour and a half after we got to our room so made us sleep even later. i have special dietary requirements due to my allergies and this was neglected as i had a severe reaction during breakfast at their buffet outlet. staff were not taking me seriously and casual about it. I don't think i will stay here again as service is quite bad.”
