“We went for the holiday weekend. Check-in is at 4pm. We arrived around 5:30pm and our room was still not ready. Therefore, we decided to go try to grab dinner at the on-site restaurant. There was one table occupied, and 2 families online ahead of us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were advised it would be at least a 30-45 minutes wait to be seated since they were understaffed. Again, it's a holiday weekend, why weren't they prepared for the volume of people? That's pretty frustrating. The...

“I was extremely disappointed in this stay I booked this hotel for 4th of July weekend. We arrived Thursday night everything was fine hotel is currently being renovated so a lot of unfinished rooms Friday night in the middle of the night I woke up to not one but 4 bites on my arm and leg (bedbugs)”
