“처음 들어왔을 때 시설부터 너무 고급져보였습니다. 직원분들께서도 너무 친절하게 응대해주셨고 방도 깔끔했습니다. 베개가 너무 높으면 잠을 잘 못자는 편인데 베개가 푹신해서 잠 정말 잘 잤어요 ㅎㅎ 조식이랑 라운지 바 모두 맛있었습니다! 택시 기사님이 천안에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라고 하셨어요 ㅎㅎ다음에 천안에 온다면 또 이용하려고 합니다 😄”

“The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient to Osan Air Base, shopping, and many food options. The only down side was that my microwave didn't work but as I was only there a couple of days it just meant a lunch of cold leftover pizza instead of hot, which wasn't that big of a deal. If I had stayed longer I would have notified the staff or asked for a working one, but it was otherwise a wonderful stay and would certainly use it again...
