La posizione è buona nella zona moderna di fronte al mare quindi con possibilità di fare belle passeggiate.frequentato da gruppi organizzati che rallentano molto il check-in.manutenzione nelle camere che lascia molto a desiderare colazione poco curata attesa prolungata per i prodotti che man mano venivano a mancare.camere poco insonorizzate verso la strada principale.se dovessi tornare a Tangeri credo cercherei qualcos'altro.

Esperienza totalmente negativa. Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel, purtroppo, ben 14 giorni con notevoli disagi. Abbiamo cambiato camera executive ben 3 volte (4^, 5^, 7^ piano) Le camere vista mare danno su una strada molto frequentata dalle auto a tutte le ore della notte e quindi molto rumorosa; i vetri non isolano per niente. Impossibile dormire se non coi tappi alle orecchie. Richiesto di spostarci sul lato interno, che fra l'altro costa meno, ma non c' era disponibilità. Oltre al rumore dall'esterno quello interno (sopra, sotto, ai lati) perché le camere NON sono INSONORIZZATE come dichiarato nel sito. Poi, docce mal funzionanti e con un filo d'acqua. Altri servizi figuranti nel sito ma disattesi: - gli accappatoi mostrati nelle foto delle camere executive NON non sono stati forniti; - la bottiglia d'acqua gratuita NON è stata fornita; - i quotidiani gratuiti nella hall NON erano presenti. Abbiamo discusso e litigato più volte con gli impiegati della recepiton: hanno dapprima detto che tali servizi non erano indicati nel loro sito ma poi messi davanti alle foto prese dal sito in francese di Expedia alcuni, in separata sede, hanno ammesso che molti ospiti si lamentano anche per questo ma che i manager dell'albergo pur essendone al corrente non fanno niente. SOGGIORNO ROVINATO.

Right by the ocean front.walkable to the Marina, restaurants and train station. Staff at front desk very helpful. Special thanks to M. Moualooakil for helping me print my tour bus tickets Thursday night. We had trouble printing and he was very kind to print from his phone number for me. He went above and beyond fo make it happen. Thank you. Breakfast was good and I was able to use pool and gym without any problems.

Nous avions choisi une chambre triple (suite vue sur mer) très belle suite luxueuse et bien équipée. Mais le lit de la 3e personne a mis du temps à arriver… Salle de bains et douche magnifiques mais la pente insuffisante dans la douche fait que l’eau inonde la salle de bain. Nonobstant c’est un magnifique hôtel en bordure de plage et nous y reviendrons sûrement. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux et pour tous les goûts ; le restaurant marocain est excellent et on y dîne en musique avec l’orchestre chaque soir.

The room was beside construction building. At 8:30 am bang bang bang non stop. One day we had no cold water, only burning hot water. We asked how much for transportation to airport, been told 100 MAD, arrived at airport , driver demanding 200 MAD (we toke airport to hotel normal airport taxi which charged us 150 MAD and we thought we got robbed)

The area is in a great location but those rooms are terrible and nothing like in the photos. I booked the hotel thinking I was gonna spend a great vacation in a nice place but reality was nothing even close to that. The room was so outdated, very dirty and old . Ants were everywhere, and good luck sleeping at night from people’s noise . Even the a/c fan was squeaking and the room was about to breakdown . I really wouldn’t go there anymore.

I do not recommend this hotel
The first room I got smelled extremely bad. Like mold. I got a new room which had no towels. When the housekeeper had been to my room he/she left the door open which made it possible for anyone to get in to my room. I of course talked to the reception about all of these issues and they said they would try to talk to the responsible people. How ever that did not really help me at the moment. The street outside the hotel is very busy and I could hear the honking cars all night. Did not bother me, but is maybe not suitable for someone who needs a quiet environment to sleep. The beach outside the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. I went for a walk in the morning and saw trash going into the sea with the waves. People were sleeping on the beach with cardboard as a cover from the sand. The breakfast was good. The towel service was nice by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel not at all to the expected standard. The bare minimum I expect from any hotel is an apology when something goes wrong and that they close the door to my room after cleaning it.

Great choice. We had a great welcoming. There’s a valet to park your car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Loads of options and the staff keep refilling the food. Housekeeping was extraordinary! Close to the Beach and boulevard as well.

Niet echt een super ervaring.
Ik was zeer teleurgesteld over het hotel, de badkamer was beschimmeld, kakkerlakken bij het zwembad en ik kreeg niet waar ik om vroeg. De hotel moet van binnen echt gerenoveerd worden. En ik vroeg om een grote kamer en uiteindelijk kreeg ik een kamer met een queensize bed, een bureau en een stoel. Niet echt een leuke ervaring.

Hotel location is right on the beach. The hotel offers good breakfast buffet though the timing is inconvenient between 6 and 9. Perhaps, the most annoying thing is their unreliable WiFi being very slow and occasionally disconnects and wouldn't let you sign back in automatically. The WiFi is only OK in the lobby. We had complained about the WiFi, the refrigerator, the AC, and some noise coming from the ceiling but only the refrigerator issue was fixed. Just frustrated and disappointed.
