“The best part about our stay was everything was easy! Not only were carts available to haul things in on, they rolled with ease. Ice machines are available on every floor AND WORK. never ran out of ice and it has been extremely hot and humid. Staff is incredibly kind, outgoing, and accommodating. “Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.”

Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees. If the unit had been responding to thermostat settings, it would have felt frigid in the room.
