“My husband and I try to come up to Sutter Creek three or four times a year and we will always check Hotel Sutter for a room before looking anywhere else. We love the old building, the friendly staff, the restaurant and the bar. Strolling the main street and visiting all the local shops.”

“Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit Rest. The wine hour and breakfast are great. We always eat at Taste which is excellent. The immediate area is historic and closed down. It’s a great place to stay after a day of wine tasting and exploring the historical towns nearby. ”

“Everything about this stay was great. We loved our room especially the view from our window that overlooked the downtown all lit up at night with holiday lights. The charm of the entire hotel was superb. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We look forward to returning soon!”
