Welcome to this beautifully designed, newly built (2025) Hunter Mountain retreat — a luxurious two-floor home designed for comfortably sleeping 16 guests, with additional sleeping options featuring in the 6 bedrooms. This property also includes 4 bathrooms and an exceptional collection of amenities. Thoughtfully crafted with comfort, elegance, and mountain-lodge charm, this home blends natural materials, expansive living spaces, and premium finishes to create an unforgettable getaway for families and groups.

One of the standout features of the property is the private indoor heated pool with a bar, housed in its own dedicated space designed for year-round relaxation. Large windows and glass doors fill the area with natural light, while direct access to the outdoor patio and deck provides the perfect flow for lounging, grilling, and enjoying fresh mountain air in every season.

The home sits on a beautifully landscaped piece of land that includes an overlooking private pond, complete with its own attached deck right at the water’s edge. This peaceful spot is perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply taking in the quiet sounds of nature.

Inside, the home offers warm wood detailing, exposed beams, and expansive open-concept living and dining areas ideal for gathering. With high ceilings, abundant windows, and modern rustic décor, every corner of the home captures the natural beauty of Hunter Mountain while offering the comforts of a premium new build.

• 1 of the six bedrooms with a queen size bed has a pull-out couch that extents to a full size bed
