“outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room.”

“Staff is great, food is mediocre at best. Everything shuts down by 10 pm and there is a nightly parking fee which I didn’t know about until check in. The room and scenery was nice.”

“Joe reached out to me and gave me a map of the premises along with door key code. He followed up with a brief phone call as we were driving there to go over key details. Everything was clean and in working order. The stay was comfortable with everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a night. Family ski’ed Camelback right outside the townhouse. Very convenient. ”

“Beautiful and very comfortable townhouse. All of the games and activities in the house were great for the kids when we weren’t skiing or at Aquitopia. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment all near by - great location. Ross was a really great host - very responsive and available to answer any questions. ”
