“outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room.”
