The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, and a large 65-inch TV with free WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Disney browsing. It's an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.

The townhome boasts three expansive decks that offer stunning views of the mountains and wildlife. These decks provide a delightful space to soak up the sun, unwind, and even enjoy a barbecue. Inside, the full kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a gleaming backsplash, perfect for preparing delicious meals when you prefer dining in.

The bedrooms in Maple Manor are designed with comfort in mind. They feature high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning and electric heat throughout, ensuring a cozy stay regardless of the season. Additionally, the townhome offers a fully finished basement with another 65-inch TV, providing a dedicated space for relaxation and entertainment, particularly for kids.

For added convenience, Maple Manor includes a private washer/dryer, allowing you to keep your vacation wardrobe refreshed and clean throughout your stay.

After booking, you will receive all the necessary pre-arrival and check-in information from the property management. This will include guest instructions, notices, and other relevant information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Only 2 registered autos may be parked at the home (There is an overflow lot for additional all must be registered)
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Disney streaming services are available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
