Me and my friends had a great experience at Joe’s place. Joe personally reached out to me before our trip to explain how everything works which made things super easy at check in and check out. His place was really clean and the amenities are just steps away. We will Def be booking with Joe again!

We 8 people to stay. Nice host. Very convenient to Camelback Resort. Clean house. The only shortcoming is space not big enough, no entertainment facilities in house for family. Two bathrooms and one with shower, not convenient for 8 people.

Floor plan of property allowed for privacy for 3 individual families. Out door balcony was nice however the sliding door was very difficult to open and there was not a sliding screen so the door could not be left open. Also the screen door on the front did not close completely.

The property was great and we liked that it was close to everything you needed or wanted to do. The staff on the property was great, informative and helpful. Toni and her security team were amazing. Definitely will come back again.

Perfect for family
We really enjoyed our vacation at this townhome. It is very nicely remodeled and has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans to cook, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. A Weis grocery is very close, less than 6min drive. This is extremely important for us as my son is a very picky eater and I was able to prepare meals and also keep milk and apples in the fridge. The best part is that Camelback resort is right next door! We did the Aquatopia water park one day and skiing for two days. When we got back from skiing, we warmed up by the gas fireplace in the living room and watched movies til the kids fell asleep. They loved waking up in the bunk beds and playing video games on the game system in that bedroom while I made breakfast. Big Pocono state park is only 6 miles away, altho when I arrived at the park, it was closed for winter, I am guessing that it is a maintenance issue for snow cleanup. The outside maintenance was excellent, they kept the parking lot and roads clear of snow, and salted where is might be icy. We did not get a chance to explore the community pool and room. As for communications, Joe was great. He contacted me the day before our arrival to review all the relevant information and answered all my questions. We had no issues with check in or out. My kids are excited about returning in the summer, we will be booking as soon as we have our schedule figured out. Thank you!

Hidden Gem at Camelback
Our family really enjoyed our stay on the property. The site was super close to everything, kitchen was well-stocked with items we needed, and lots of space for our family. We're already talking about a return visit! The owner, Joe, was great to chat with and provided us with all the needed information. Great visit!!

This was a very nice area to hang out and sightsee. It was very peaceful if you just need a break from the noise and there was so much to do! The convenience of having everything you need close by was awesome and the owner was very nice and made his self available to communicate as needed. Definitely will visit again !

3 day staycation
Loved everything about the space! It was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The balcony with the bbq was amazing. 10/10 would definitely stay again. If you want to have a break from everything and get away this is definitely the spot to go to!

Make sure you bring all essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags
The property and location was great but it was very inconvenient that essentials were missing. We texted the owner and asked where the toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and garbage bags were and he apologized and said the cleaners should have left that stuff behind. We were understanding that things happen but we were kind of expecting the owner to send one of his cleaners to his property to drop off the missing supplies and that never happened. We had to go to the supermarket 15 minutes down the road to buy our own supplies. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and this has never happened to me before

Beautiful and cozy place to spend a weekend
My group and I loved this house from the moment we entered. It was clean and spacious, with everything you could need for a cozy weekend away (including games). We will definitely be staying here our next time in the Poconos.

Perfect Stay-away!
Every bit of this condo experience was perfect! Started with excellent communication with “Pocono Joe”, as I saved into my phone. He even responded and granted my daughter’s phone in request the day of us arriving. Condo was exactly as described, clean, neat and tidy, and very comfortable. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with all cooking & baking supplies. Pull up parking to the front door. 5 minute walk to the slopes, 1.5 blocks away. Yes, we will reserve again and again!

The rental was great. The kids had fun skiing. It was a little walk to the slope, but they did it. We did not get a snow storm, but it was nice to get away. Remember to bring pool towels.
