Perfection location especially if you have teenagers. May need a little updating but all and all it was good for our little ski getaway

So dirty

Im just gonna provide a list of all the things that were unfortunate about this property and the communication. 1. Checkin wasn't totally clear, arrived after the office closed and had to track down security to get through the gate. 2. Instructions on how to open the door were vaugue and took us some to figure out especially since there was a door lock and a lock box on the property. 3. The living room AC and one of the downstairs bedroom AC were not functioning properly and displayed error messages, making it very uncomfortable at times. 4. There was mold found on kitchen equipment 5. There was a dead bug found in one of the beds 6. Lastly, the floors were disgusting. After the first evening of my 14 month old crawling around the floor, the tops of her feet were black. I reached out to the owner via email after the first evening and recieved no response. Therefore I will admit I did not reach out about other issues that came up. It's very surprising to me this property had a 4.6 rating at the time I booked it. I hope these items can be addressed and the next guests aren't as grossed out as my family was. Very disappointing experience and I cant believe I spent money on this.

Poorly equipped and maintained

The kitchen: didn't have glasses (only 5 coffee mugs), zero oven safe dishes (no baking dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), no basics such as: oven mits, trivets, storage containers, spices, tin foil, plastic wrap... oven was disgusting with caked burned food at bottom. The can openers didn't work. The stovetop light and oven lights did not function. Hand soap container in powder bathroom was filled with water - we bought dish soap and filled it ourselves. A small partial container of dish soap and three trash bags were provided for a week's stay. The master bathroom: sink did not have hot water, very poor pressure, and did not drain (we had to use the kitchen powder bathroom sink downstairs). We notified mgt on day 2 and received an acknowledgement - and that was it. Two mostly used hand soaps were provided. Laundry area: dryer was full of sheets, clothes were piled behind and beside the machines, and lint trap hadn't been emptied in a very long time - all creating a fire hazard. No small detergent provided. The fireplace was filled with ash and a charcoaled piece of wood - no fireplace tools to clean it out or start a fire. The carpets were dirty with visible pieces of miscellaneous dirt and crumbs. The hard floors were extremely dirty. No cleaning products available. We received poor instructions for check-in, without even the apt number. Good points are the location - easy access to slopes and it is spacious. The owners have opportunity to make great improvements.

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for a long weekend to go skiing. The location is great just a short walk to the trail. The property was clean and communication with the owner was excellent. With a few minor tweaks I would upgrade the review to a five.

Excellent value and location

We had a great 3 night stay in this condo. It was very convenient to getting on and off the mountain for skiing. Plenty of room for our family and we had a good time at the pool too! Will definitely be back.
